Seamless experience - amazing home now a reality!

From very speculative looking, to buying a dandara home becoming a reality, the whole experience has been treated with enthusiasm and care. Alanna in Aberdeen has been integral to making this happen for us- and throughout there has been understanding, flex and a really pragmatic approach. Alanna has been an ally and helped make the purchase of our new home, possible. We are over the moon.

Brendan McGill has been extremely professional always really helpful when I needed anything or when I had any questions. Brendan was very helpful on the viewing and made everything at lease for and my partner one thing we really appreciated from Brendan was he never judge us for being a young couple viewing a property where we had previously bad experiences with other agents looking at us differently when they saw a young couple where Brendan treated us with extreme respect and professionalism, couldn’t thank Brendan enough for making this experience so at ease and pleasant for us

Fantastic service from start to finish (Foxhall Gait)

We are just about to complete on our First new home with Dandara. We have purchased a house at the Foxhall Gait site. From start to finish the experience we have had has been fantastic. The customer service we have received from Lorraine has been faultless, we have felt so cared for during the whole process. We are even getting to move in two months earlier than originally planned due to the expert work from Stevie and his site team. Can not thank Lorraine and the team enough.

Jayanta & Alpana for YEW SR at Hazelwood

Susan Gordon was our first person of contact with Dandara Hazelwood development. From the starting of enquiry, viewing and till the handover, her friendly and easy approach made a huge difference to our experience. She is very knowledgeable and very patient showing everything above and beyond her duty. Although there was a time when a bit of disappointment due to unsuccess attempt of Assist move. However, Susan's valuable advice and Alanna's deal has clinched to make a successful contract and finally possession of our dream home. Thank you so much Susan Gordon and Alanna Cooper for your dedication, commitment and completion making us feel at ease with your highly professional approach.

Meadows Development

We are hoping to buy a new house at the Meadows Development and so far we've had a great experience with Kelly. She is very friendly, professional and extremely helpful in guiding us through the early stages of the process. This has been most reassuring beause although it's very exciting, buying a new house and selling a home can be quite stressful. We have every confidence in her expertise. She is a credit to Dandara.

Although we are still in the early stages of the purchase of a property in the Meadows Development, Kelly in particular has been excellent, answering all our queries and questions clearly outlining the next steps to be taken in the purchase process. Out daughter can't wait to progress her house purchase. with the support of Kelly

Wasteland, dead trees and lack of customer care

Dandara have been great with the build, snagging and general service.. until handing over the estate to the management team. It’s clear now Dandara do not care about residents and external parts of how St Michaels Park, Stewkley has been left. Saying it’s now passed to the management company. It certainly does not look like the brochures bought from! Wasteland, dead bushes, patches where plants removed and not replaced, dead trees, piles of mud around the children’s play area, sand paths that do not withstand weather or use. The communal areas on our estate are a mess and it’s very disappointing to receive email replies that basically say ‘not our problem’. As a case study for Dandara I should be proud of the estate I live on, but I am unhappy with the awful communal areas and mess that Dandara have failed us on and are clearly happy with their standards.

Excellent

Kelly and Bradley have been excellent. Kelly has pulled out all the stops for us. Has treated us as if we're close friends. We have had any questions or queries answered with honesty and confidence. Unfortunately for us we haven't been able to secure our future home with Dandara but have been honoured to have been part of the Dandara family!

Exceptional Service

Brendan has been very helpful throughout this process of renting the property at castle quay. From getting into contact with him I was able to arrange a viewing of the apartment the following day. Straight away I knew I liked the place and wanted to take it. Brendan has been quick to respond to my emails and the service has been professional, polite and its been a pleasure to have him guide me through the process.
