GoogleThey say moving and selling houses is a very stressful time ,I for one am not going to argue That is why I was very pleased that Karen and her team at Cumbrian properties were there to make things a little easier for me.. Whenever any problem arose they tried to solve it without even telling me there was something wrong..They gave me the support that I needed during the" darker" times. Karen answered all my many questions in a very professional, practical yet not in a confusing way- I would certainly recommend Cumbrian properties to any one who is considering either selling or purchasing a property.

FacebookMyself and my partner was very interested in renting a property to make as our family home. Susan was our designated estate agent who continuously kept us informed throughout the process. We were able to be accepted for the house and Susan got the process on the go straight away with no hesitation once we announced our interest. Today we picked the keys up and signed the tenancy. We really can’t wait to make the property our little home 🔑🏠 😁 a huge thankyou to Susan for all her help throughout and for the excellent customer service she has provided to us

GoogleCumbrian properties were marvellous in our house purchase. All went smoothly. We had two viewings one with Doug and one with Dave both of whom were really nice guys helpful and patient and willing to wait around while we had a good look. Gemma was warm, friendly and helpful took our offer and handled the communication between ourselves and the seller efficiently helping us to address issues and keeping us informed. Pleased with the service provided.

Trustpilotterrible service from this letting…
terrible service from this letting agents avoid at all costs. Advertising a place to let that are actually up for sale even though they knew and the landlord knew we were looking for a permanent place. They also knew we had over a 300 mile trip. When we submitted the application we were told that no one else would be accepted , only to find out more people had been accepted . AVOID!!!
