We cannot rate the staff at Cumbrian Properties highly enough. From the initial enquiry about valuation, to the sale of our own property, through to buying another property with them, the staff were always on hand to answer any queries we had and support us in any decisions needing made. We particularly wish to thank Liam Irving who took superb photos of our property when putting it on the market, and Gemma Irving, who helped push the move along, ensuring we were able to be in our lovely new home for Christmas.

Cumbrian Properties, and specifically, Ann Miller of the sales team, were fantastic in helping us buy the property of our dreams. Despite our being abroad for pretty much the whole process, Ann kept us fully in touch. Liaising with us, the sellers and the two legal teams to make the transaction seamless and remarkably stress free. We would absolutely recommend Cumbrian Properties and if we ever decide to sell, nobody else will get a look in.

Gemma Irving and her colleague Sarah Nelson were absolutely brilliant in the purchase of our new property in the Lakes . They were both professional and efficient in dealing with a number of aspects of our purchase resolving them all to our satisfaction in quick time . They are a credit to Cumbrian Properties and would recommend them highly to any potential purchaser or seller in the future. We hope to deal with Cumbrian Properties again in the future .

I would like to highly recommend the staff at Cumbrian Properties in Carlisle. They were helpful, efficient and thoroughly professional on all occasions, giving me regular updates on the sale of my property and advising me thoughtfully on what actions to take. I would like to name Jackie Miller and Rebecca Carr particularly for their careful attention to all my queries, always handled with cheerfulness and accuracy. I am very pleased I made the decision to put the sale of my property in their hands, and would recommend others to do the same.

Thank you Susan and the team at Cumbrian Properties for all their help on my recent house move. Everything was done efficiently, explained well and always professional. The handling of my property to rent out was carried out in the same manner. Taking all the stress away. Everyone is friendly and make you feel very welcome the minute you step through the dooR. A pleasure to deal with.

We have had a brilliant experience since changing to Cumbrian Properties in Carlisle, they really provide excellent customer service! Jackie Miller has given us so much help and advice about trying to sell our house in this difficult market. She even gave up some time during her holidays to come and chat with us and really seems to care. We have complete confidence in her and know that both Jackie and the team are doing all they can to find us a buyer. We think they provide a five star service and recommend them whenever we have the opportunity. Margaret and Adrian Coxon Silloth

We dealt mainly with Conor, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have 2 little dogs too and while some other agencies in the area didn't want to know, Cumbrian Properties, on the other hand , couldn't do enough to help. We would highly recommend using these guys if you are renting or buying in the Carlisle area, or just call in for some local knowledge ! Thanks again

We bought a property through Cumbrian Properties, and found their service as buyers to be excellent, straight forward and very helpful. As a result we also switched from a different estate agent to Cumbrian Properties to move things along and sell our previous home via their auction, which did well. Ann in particular was very helpful in dealing with the viewings and the process of selling in the auction, making the whole process very easy. Very happy with both our purchase and sale through CP and will definitely use them again in the future.

The staff of Cumbrian properties is attentive, fast and efficient. I needed to find a property to rent within a week, which is a very tight time period. However, Susan was able to help me to rent a charming and beautiful apartment within that one week. What is more, she helped me with all the paperwork, and thus, increasing the speed of the renting process. Very well done!!!
