GoogleWe recently purchased a property via the Penrith office of Cumbrian Properties. It wasn’t a straightforward purchase for a number of reasons but Louise in particular was very helpful, kept us well informed and really helped to push things along at the end when it was needed.

GoogleHaving purchased a property through the Penrith Office at the end of last year (2020) I cannot overstate how easy to deal with that they were. Louise Birkett couldn't have been more helpful and delightful - going out of her way to answer my numerous questions (many fairly technical) on a couple of properties as well as about the local area. Also more than happy to reshow me my desired property as and when I wished. Great service allowing for a very speedy, hassle free and uncomplicated move.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI recently sold a domestic property via Cumbrian Properties. I wondered if a buyer would be found given the pandemic and economic slow down. But a steady stream of viewers were found, Cumbrian Properties organised the viewings and a buyer was found. Excellent. I wanted a quick sale and this was achieved. I was very pleased by the recommendation of a solicitor, they too were very efficient and professional. All very good and stress free.

FacebookOn behalf of my Mum Julie Osborn. Many thanks to Ann Miller at Carlisle for all her help in selling my property at Southwaite Green Mill through auction. Ann always kept me informed of what was happening and answered any queries I had promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend. Excellent service. I would also like to thank both Karen McCarthy and Louise Birkett at the Penrith office for all the help they gave me when selling my property at Southwaite Green. They arranged and attended viewings and provided feedback which was helpful.

FacebookWe sold & purchased with Cumbrian Properties and I would highly recommend!! 5☆ From the valuation with Jackie and Liam to the viewings from our own property to view and purchasing of our new home Kathryn was outstanding. They say selling/buying is one of the most stressful things you can go through we had our fair share of stress but NOT from Cumbrian Properties thanks to Kathryn. She returned every call, within a very timely manner, I don't think I ever waited more than hour! I felt more like a was chatting with a friend, Kathryn also kept our buyer upto date with everything which was just amazing as we did hit a couple of bumps but thanks to Kathryn we did not loose our buyer. Honestly Kathryn we really cannot thank you enough the service you provide is exceptional and you are an asset to Cumbrian Properties! I don't think I would be sat here in our beautiful new home writing this if it wasn't for you - Thanks again to everyone at Cumbrian Properties and especially to Kathryn I will miss our chats and wish you all the very best! FacebookMany thanks to all at Cumbrian Properties, especially to Liam Irving and the fantastic Ann Miller. Really dedicated & friendly team. Helpful from the very start from the Valuation (Liam) right through to the Sale & Completion (Ann). Always at the end of the phone when we had questions and when they were negotiating the Sale. A very polite and professional service, highly recommended and all done under 9 weeks.

GoogleWe have used Cumbrian properties numerous times in the past and have never been disappointed. Which is the reason for us using this company to sell our property again. I must say on this occasion despite the ongoing difficulties that many are facing due to covid19 it has been no different. Here are a team of working professionals, that "think outside of the box" to continue to provide a high level of service. Staff are on hand to answer any queries and to point you in the right direction in relation to the buying and selling of properties. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact other estate agents to view properties and have found this near on impossible to get to speak with anyone. Most times it has just been an automated service. The enthusiasm and professionalism of all staff at cumbrian properties is extremely reassuring and much needed at a time of great uncertainty..Well done to each and everyone of youPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review Sharron. We have tried very hard to offer our clients the same level of service throughout the difficult situation we are all in. Your kind feedback is much appreciated!

GoogleI would just like to say what a pleasurable experience it was dealing with Cumbrian Property in finding a rental property. This was due to Susan Moses who is very professional whist having a welcoming and friendly attitude..If you are looking for a rental property i would recomend you go talk to Susan .
Hello Dave, Thank you for your lovely review. We are glad that Susan could help you find your rental property. We will pass on your kind words to our superstar Susan!

GoogleFantastic experience dealing with Cumbrian Properties and especially Gemma Irving. Gemma couldn't have been more helpful if she'd tried during a stressful house purchase. She went above and beyond dealing with our poor solicitors and kept us calm when we were at our wits end. What we really appreciated was her wiilingness to try and resolve issues, doing things that others should've been doing and weren't to keep things moving. She always did what she said she would, finding things out, chasing people and always phoning back and keeping us informed when she said she would. Our purchase would've taken much longer without her on the case. I would thoroughly recomend cumbrian properties whether buying or selling as if Gemma is anything to go buy you will get 5 star customer service. Thank you Gemma, we are happily now unpacking boxes. Chris & Linda
Linda, Thank you ever so much for your delightful review. We are pleased that Gemma could offer a 5 star service, she is a vital part of our Sales team and represents the rest of our staff! We will pass on the kind words to Gemma! Thanks again!

GoogleI have rented my local property over a 10 year period, using 3 different Estate agents, due to the unprofessional incompetence of the first 2 used. During this period it was placed on sale for two 6 month periods without success. In desperation, I moved yet again, this time to Cumbrian, who were a breath of fresh air. They are led by a dynamic, proactive Director and staffed by helpful and experienced staff who respond immediately to all queries. After only 6 weeks the house was sold. I would highly recommend Cumbrian Properties to anyone wishing to rent or sell their house
Hi Mike, Thank you very much for your kind and honest review. We are delighted that we managed to get a quick sale for you! All the best for the future!

GoogleWithout doubt the Cumbrian team displays the highest levels of customer experience and professional knowledge of the local market. In particular, Sarah D, Jodie and Liam have been exceptional to my business requirements with good communications via email ( as I travel alot) and regular phone calls. Overall I fully recommend the team given their personal attention of clients, customers and those looking to learn more about the look market. Mark M
