GoogleSarah Nelson and the team at Cumbrian Properties did an outstanding job with purchase of our new home. They were always quick to reply to emails, let us in the property to do measurements more than once and communicated well with solicitors up to completion. Five star service all the way!

GoogleSarah Davidson was mine and my partner’s agent for a property we had been accepted to, and if anyone has ever gone above and beyond to assist us in a property search, whilst being incredibly warm and friendly along the way, she was wonderful. We had been searching for some time and after finally finding the perfect place, Sarah was very helpful in assisting us sort our references and application, even with additional patience from her just to see us through to the end of the process when our references wouldn’t even respond! She made sure we were sorted and we’ve never been happier with our property!
Thank you for your positive review Milosh, we will pass your lovely comments onto Sarah!

GoogleThis is my second experience of renting a property with Cumbrian Properties over the last ten years, and the services they provide have remained excellent throughout. The process from viewing, applying for the property and arranging the contract was smooth, quick and efficient. Emma was brilliant at keeping me updated and arranging all paperwork and contracts. Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking in the area.

GoogleCumbrian Properties have been fantastic from the very beginning, we were with Strike originally and had the worst experience with them so needed to change. Going from Strike to Cumbrian Properties was the best decision we have made. Emma Ewing and Rebecca Carr have been fantastic throughout the whole process and have sold our house within a few weeks. The buyer they have found us are lovely as well as down to earth people. Would highly recommend Cumbrian Properties to anyone. Thank you for such a great service.
Thanks so much for your lovely review. We will pass this onto the sales team.

GoogleThere is no other estate agent in the area who knows the business better. I have used Cumbrian properties for the last 30 years, having sold at least 10 houses through them, and have purchased a number of houses through them. I have never found fault with any aspect of their business, they are professional, courteous and super efficient. Always keen with their rates and enthusiastic in their work, I have never had a house on the market for more than 4 weeks before they have managed to sell it. Ann has been the most dependable 'go to' member of staff for many years, and she has always given the job 100%, and never fails. I have recommended Cumbrian Properties to many people over the years, they have a great reputation which is well deserved!
Thank you for your lovely review Michael, we will pass this onto the staff, especially Ann.

GoogleCharged me £408 to not sell my property after having it on the market for 6 months, after I change estate agent I sold with in 1 week. During the process of changing estate agent they tried to tell me it was my fault the property had not sold. There staff are rude and incompetent. Avoid them.

GoogleAbsolutely spot on from first visit with valuation from Sarah. She impressed me with her clear timescales for listing as well as what I could expect. We were looking for a quick sale and we were not disappointed . 24hrs from handing in paperwork we had secured both our sale and the property we wanted. Louise was a brilliant negotiator and whole office works together as a great team, very efficient service.

TrustpilotSue Moses made the process of renting…
Sue Moses made the process of renting Innisfree as stress free as possible. I was having difficulty with the Canopy vetting process, she took over the vetting and all was resolved in minutes. I had been on the Canopy site for some time and got little help from them even when I asked. Sue could not have been more helpful
