GoogleAll round brilliant service! As this is my first time renting I can not praise Cumbrian Properties enough for making the transition as seamless and painless as possible. Sue went above and beyond to get me into the property within my very tight time constraints with about 2 weeks between viewing and getting the keys. The rest of the team have also been incredibly engaging by helping me transition the bills and tax into my name whilst also offering advise on the best service providers available. Sue also spent a considerable amount of time explaining the various aspects of the contract to me and the options available for paying rent and extending the tenancy agreement. Thank you to all the team for all your hard work and dedication!
We are so happy to hear you had such a positive experience with our lettings team, we will pass your comments on, and especially to Susan.
