I had Rob come and value our home and explained we wanted a quick sale so we could secure our new home quicker. He valued our home and advised what he thinks would be best to get a quick sale, which totally worked as 1 week later our house had sold, but still at a price we were really happy with. We’ve then had Sarah since then helping us with the legal parts and she bas been amazing, constantly updating us which keeps us reassured that everything is happening without us even thinking about it! Really appreciate you all 😊

From start to finish the sale of our house was a smooth process. From Jodie coming to value the house & taking photos, to it going on the market. There was excellent comms via text & email to indicate when there was a house viewing & Rebecca & Charlotte always kept me up to date. Adrian also took the time out to ring my sister & advised if we needed to lower the price & why, at no point was I kept in the dark, not knowing what was going on. The house was sold & all round Im so glad we went with Cumbrian Properties. Their services was very professional, but also had a friendly “family” feel about it & I felt very looked after.

I can recommend Cumbrian Properties as a professional property management organisation in Carlisle and surrounding areas. I decided to allow my home to be tenanted for a 2-year period as an opportunity to work in Australia presented itself for a similar timeframe. A daunting and nerve-wracking proposition for me as my house is very much my home that I love and cherish and will be returning to. Having the comfort of having an extra pair of eyes caring for my home as well as sourcing clients that respect my home as a short-term let only, has proved to be invaluable. Communications are regular and video-calls when requested for inspections (via WhatsApp or similar) have been offered which is very much appreciated. The organisation has a great team of staff onboard, and all have been very helpful when I've been worried, unsure or just need extra reassurance that my home is in the right hands whilst I am abroad.

We were very pleased with how Cumbrian Properties sold our house. Home selling is always a very stressful time but we had much confidence in the Agency, especially Julie, Nicola and Charlotte who kept us up to date at all times. 5* fully recommended.

Cumbrian Properties have been brilliant during the time we have been going through the process of selling our house. First class in every area, the Valuer, photographer, and the guy who did the floor plan and EPC all arrived on time and were a pleasure to ‘work’ with. We were delighted with the quality of the sales brochure that was produced for the Cumbrian Properties website and Right Move. Each time we called the office, we enjoyed help from bright and friendly people. Thank you.

It was a very difficult decision for us to sell our home as we loved it and all our neighbours, but Jodie who did the valuation was lovely and really understanding. It took a while for us to get to completion but Charlotte kept us informed and Sarah went the extra mile to get us there in the end. They are a really friendly team and we're happy we sold through Cumbrian Properties.
