GoogleRang this morning with some questions about a property we’d been to view and spoke to Maria. She was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to explain a number of things that I had been unsure about regarding moving from one rental property to another.
Thank you for the five star review. We will pass your comments onto Maria.

TrustpilotOur business was both Buying & Selling
Our business was both Buying & Selling. The market at this time was depressed. C.P. advertise widely a plus point. Julie was the main agent and handled the business quickly and effectively with all agents equally well briefed. The pictures in the sale brochure were not helpful and there was no floor plan offered. This business knows the market well and will respond to needs and advise accordingly. E.C
Thank you!

Trustpilotrental property
One of our properties became vacant so I got intouch with cumbria properties , who we have dealt with before. They are always professional, efficent & communicate very well, keeping you informed all the time. Our property had 8 viewings & was only empty a week before new tenant moved in,which is a record time for a turn around. Sue was really good at guiding & advising me through the list of viewing which I did. I would highly recommend their services.I have dealt with Sue, Jodie & Emma all are friendly & can't help you enough.

GoogleRecently had dealings with this company regarding the purchase of a property I was interested in. In all my years of dealing with estate agents I have never come across such a bunch of incompetent and un-professional idiots.
I am sorry you feel this way Mr Watson, after the vendor accepted an offer from another party. When we informed you of this we were met with a barrage of abuse and foul language from yourself. Good luck in the search for your new home.
