I’m about to move into my first rental property thanks to Sue at the Carlisle branch who was brilliantly helpful from start to finish with every query I had no matter how small. Communication was excellent, I was kept up to date with every development and everything was taken care of for me for my application and various checks. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Absolutely shocking service and completely un-professional, arrogant and aggressive attitude. I offered the asking price for a property. I was the first viewer, and a cash buyer without a house to sell. No requirement for a survey and could complete without seaches if required at break neck speed. I even put in a slightly higher offer in to secure the sale. You may ask why I didn't get the property?? That's because the estate agent did not qualify our status properly after being told I was very proceedable and could complete quickly. They also wanted to get into either a contract race and go down the greedy route of getting higher offers to get more commission. Shame on you!
