FacebookWe sold our house within 4 days of going on the market. Impressive promotion and photographs, really professional job. Excellent customer service and a great local business to support, We would highly recommend! They also support and donate to local charities like the MND Association North and West Cumbria, which is hugely commended .

TrustpilotSuperb Communication Throughout Sale
It took quite a while to sell my house, for various reasons, including an agreed sale falling through. On both occasions of being listed I received viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. Sarah Nelson kept me well informed throughout the whole frustrating process either by telephone or by email. Can't recommend Cumbrian Properties any higher.
Thank you so much for your lovely review!

FacebookI had Rob come and value our home and explained we wanted a quick sale so we could secure our new home quicker. He valued our home and advised what he thinks would be best to get a quick sale, which totally worked as 1 week later our house had sold, but still at a price we were really happy with. We’ve then had Sarah since then helping us with the legal parts and she bas been amazing, constantly updating us which keeps us reassured that everything is happening without us even thinking about it! Really appreciate you all 😊
