GoogleI have used Crucible's letting service many times and have had no problems at all. Recently, Ruth came out to view my property, gave me advice, took photos, advertised and then found me a tenant within a week. After the application was completed, my tenants moved in and I received a copy of the tenancy agreement, statement of account and payment. All good communication, quick email replies and friendly office staff. Well done Crucible!

GoogleGemma and her crew were very helpful during the sale of our house and advised us all the way. Ruth's online photos were extremely professional and our house featured several times in their window too. Another gold star for their fixed rate sale fee so we knew exactly how much cash we would have left.

GoogleAppalling service. I am a new landlord. Tenant has paid in advance and 3 weeks later I have not received anything. They can’t even produce a statement even though they have told me the amount I am due. My complaint was passed to the sales manager who promised payment - nothing and when I chased up - she had left the business. The branch has now escalated my problem to senior management and still nothing. I want to terminate my contract but can’t. Not fit for purpose. Telephone calls always go to voicemail and Rarely returned. Landlords (and tenants) beware. Update following reply from the Owner. Still waiting for a call to be returned (1 week ago) still absolutely no response from senior team - hooray - some money has been received - it took 4 weeks but alas no sign of a statement to reconcile the amount.

GoogleWorst rental company ever to deal with. All enquiries regarding repairs ignored all phone calls and emails ignored then they have the cheek to say the property was unclean. It took 3 days to Clean it before it was habitable.... Photos to prove it.

GoogleI’ve used Crucible (formerly Rotherlets) for many years and have no complaints. Especially in the latter years where circumstances were made difficult. The staff have always been supportive namely Helen, Dawn and Danielle and my eventual sale of the property was made easy by their help and diligence.
