GoogleFrom the first day I walked in the reception of my appointment, I was welcomed well and everything was explained in details by Annie but she no longer works in the office , she was a nice and ready to to attend to your needs, and also Mr Tony has been a wonderful caretaker ,he makes everything easy and get done asap, and also Ruby she does her job so well and also a good listener ,I always prefer speaking to ruby whenever I want to ring the office, overall the experience with crucible homes has been Amazing xx

GoogleOne of there landlords that they rent the house out for called Paul is a nightmare. Arranged work to be done then lies about leaks then expects his money back. Letting agents will not do anything about it. All they care about is the small % from the rent off the landlord to cover the wages and over heads. Paul needs to sell up and stop renting is property’s out if he’s running out of money.
