After recently completing a management move to Crucible Homes from another agent, I could not be happier with the service I've received over the last 4 months. From day one, Brandon and Olivia in the lettings department have looked after my property brilliantly. They've offered great advice throughout, kept me up to date with the new changes to Renters' Rights coming up, and have managed everything seamlessly. The whole process has been smooth, organised and completely stress-free thanks to their friendliness, expertise and proactive approach. Also a special mention to Lauryn in accounts, who has been fantastic - always sending statements promptly and staying on top of rent payments. It's reassuring to know everything is handled so efficiently. Overall, Crucible are a fantastic team who genuinely care about both landlords and tenants and have made me feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning. I would 100% recommend Crucible Homes to anyone looking for professional and reliable property management!

One of there landlords that they rent the house out for called Paul is a nightmare. Arranged work to be done then lies about leaks then expects his money back. Letting agents will not do anything about it. All they care about is the small % from the rent off the landlord to cover the wages and over heads. Paul needs to sell up and stop renting is property’s out if he’s running out of money.

Absolutely disgraceful company! Told my pensioner mother in law after 7 years to vacate the property in the matter of weeks this is how they feel fit to treat people that have never missed a payment as long as she been there. They even had apartments available at the time of contacting her but never put these forward as an alternative. What company would see fit to do this to a pensioner! Me and my wife rang them there is absolutely no customer service from them. You should be ashamed of yourselves! If you are a tenant looking for a property think twice before entertaining these cowboys.

Emma went above and beyond helping liase with both sides solicitors and as a buyer I felt very comfortable that she was helping both sides of the sale. Constant updates and chasing for us. Jab was very efficient and honest in our initial viewing and likeable. Gary was happy to show us round twice more even though we had already booked got the house and was quick and efficient with all queries we had All round positive experience. Wish I had sold with them too!

Triple check on everything. I was due to get one of the houses, on the day of arrival the house was missing MAIN front WINDOW. Back door was clumsy, kitchen door was about 7" shorter than the frame!!! Best thing, they offered me to move into a house like that! To top it off the house was "redecorated", by their meaning, paint over old wallpaper that is rolling up on all on the edges and all of the above written. Around window frames it was an utter disaster. Due to the multiple delays on the house I had to move into a friends house and the first available house through them thereafter. Otherwise would end up on the street. The stress and unprofessional behaviour by them was above and beyond anything ever faced before. That is not even the end of all the problems either. As written in very first sentence, follow that, if chose to rent through them. Best to look elsewhere.

Appalling service. I am a new landlord. Tenant has paid in advance and 3 weeks later I have not received anything. They can’t even produce a statement even though they have told me the amount I am due. My complaint was passed to the sales manager who promised payment - nothing and when I chased up - she had left the business. The branch has now escalated my problem to senior management and still nothing. I want to terminate my contract but can’t. Not fit for purpose. Telephone calls always go to voicemail and Rarely returned. Landlords (and tenants) beware. Update following reply from the Owner. Still waiting for a call to be returned (1 week ago) still absolutely no response from senior team - hooray - some money has been received - it took 4 weeks but alas no sign of a statement to reconcile the amount.

I have used Crucible's letting service many times and have had no problems at all. Recently, Ruth came out to view my property, gave me advice, took photos, advertised and then found me a tenant within a week. After the application was completed, my tenants moved in and I received a copy of the tenancy agreement, statement of account and payment. All good communication, quick email replies and friendly office staff. Well done Crucible!

Unfortunately Not a good experience we have left emails with No Reply and even spoke to them on the phone and got told they will pass the message on to Emma as they are on the phone with someone else they would get back to us, still No reply, it has cost us money and time , we took their advice and then got ignored. we would Not recommend and would not use .
