GoogleI have rented a house off crucible for over a year now, I have not had any problems with them. I have always dawn deal with me; she is so welcoming and polite, always helped me to the best she can when I've rang up about something. I might be leaving crucible soon and will be sad to not have dawn dealing with my problems

GoogleWe sold 2 of our properties with Crucible, an amazing team very efficient. They sold both our properties within 2 months from going on the market and I will recommend them to anyone. Prior to them I had these properties with another agent for more than a year. A huge thank you to the whole team, especially to Emma, Gary and Jab.

GoogleWe have found the staff at Crucible extremely helpful, supportive and professional. Danica in particular has been amazing, very professional with a lovely, bubbly personality. She always goes the extra mile, is always the same and makes you feel that nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend Crucible, especially the Wickersley branch, to anyone buying or selling property.

When they came to complete the valuation they were friendly and knowledgeable, also no pressure which was important to me. We have decided not sell just yet but wouldn't hesitate to use Crucible when we do.

GoogleIn my work as a property maintenance contractor, I have regular contact with the crucible staff, especially the wickersley branch. Dawn, Emma, Michelle and Dawn are my main contacts. I always find them to be extremely friendly and helpful. They all seem very knowledgeable, whether it be regarding properties or tenants-it’s as though the know each one individually

GoogleCrucible have been managing my property for many years and I am pleased that, after a period when they seemed to have taken their 'eye off the ball' due to understaffing, the Wickersley team seems to be back on track and actively managing things.

GoogleThis company is going out of business very shortly. Anyone who is owed money by this company is well advised to get it back as soon as possible or you will lose it! Don't pay them money upfront you will lose it. You have been warned!

GoogleAbsolute disgrace, would not recommend, unavailable, shoddy, incredibly unbelievably slow. Making phone calls at 4.45pm when we have been in contact since 9am. Hopeless from the owner perspective and from trying to let. Thanks

GoogleUnprofessional, Unorganised and at times unbelievable. If you would like a letting agent that speaks to people like filth, incapable of transmitting a simple message and totally unable to write down anything they are told, this is the shambles for you.

GoogleAt the beginning they will act very professional, however once they have the contract signed they are terrible. They have so many hidden chargers. Totally unexceptable. Use one of the other agents as these guys are all about making money.
