Jab is brilliant and definitely goes the extra mile for his clients. Will certainly be my first port of call for any future purchases or sales.

GoogleI have dealt with Crucible Wickersley on a few occasions and I have found everyone who works there to be friendly and the office has a great atmosphere... You always feel welcome. I have to say Especially Danica she always goes that extra mile and always happy to help.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a property through Crucible at Wickersley and found the staff there really helpful especially Danica who goes the extra mile. All the staff are really friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble for them. I would definitley recommend them.

GoogleI’ve used Crucible (formerly Rotherlets) for many years and have no complaints. Especially in the latter years where circumstances were made difficult. The staff have always been supportive namely Helen, Dawn and Danielle and my eventual sale of the property was made easy by their help and diligence.

GoogleWorst rental company ever to deal with. All enquiries regarding repairs ignored all phone calls and emails ignored then they have the cheek to say the property was unclean. It took 3 days to Clean it before it was habitable.... Photos to prove it.

GoogleAfter a bitter experience with my past estate agents I was a bit skeptic about dealings with estate agents but Crucible proved me wrong. From viewing with the bubbly Abby to management of the property by Dawn Johnson, Dawn watts, Michelle and Emma. Any issues with the property were addressed quickly and they would always check back with you if everything is working okay. I was overly impressed with their pricing as most agencies now charge ridiculous amount before move in but they only charged what was necessary making it easier for me to pay off all charges. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone who wants peace of mind with renting, purchase or selling, you won t regret it.

GoogleNot very good Had an appointment at 2:45 on a saturday. When i got to the property the tenant answered unaware of my visit to the property. She was lovely and showed me around the property. I was excited to say the least! It was lovely! As soon as i saw the property i was extremely keen. The tenant advised me that she would put a good word in for the landlord as we are becoming homeless and was in need of this house. The tenatnt took.My number and said she would message the landlord (michael) and advise we wanted it. Emailed letting company as soon as i got home (10 mins after) and advised of my appointment time,name,phone number all the relevant information they needed. Asked in the email for an urgent call back so that i could pay £240.00 fees to secure the house. I also did try to call the office but it was closed on saturday. called 11:30am monday to be told it was gone! Angry/ upset that these people didnt really book me an appointment because the tenant wasnt even aware of our visit! Didnt get a chance to have this house! They gave a 3 bedroom property to a single person who doesnt need all the room and didnt not check there email as i wanted it first ! Tried to call again tuesday to discuss this further and they where shut for "staff training" Ive dealt with several letting agencies over the last 2 months, these have annoyed me more than any Of them! Was even willing to pay £240.00 ridiculous fees which i wouldnt have paid anywhere else. What a joke

GoogleMy husband and I found a house through Crucible. Overall it was fine, but after we had paid and were supposed to move in they forgot to send someone to the house to give us the keys and we were stranded for over an hour outside in the rain with all of our belongings. When the guy arrived we found out that the contract was for 6 months and not a year. So not the best experience, but not as bad as others.

GoogleI lodged a complaint to Fiona in the letting department about a power outage in the property, after promising to send someone over, sadly, no one turned up, and she never ring to let me know even till next day. Hence I had to sleep in darkness till I eventually got a technician myself. I have never experienced such a terrible and unprofessional attitude before now.

GoogleI have rented a house off crucible for over a year now, I have not had any problems with them. I have always dawn deal with me; she is so welcoming and polite, always helped me to the best she can when I've rang up about something. I might be leaving crucible soon and will be sad to not have dawn dealing with my problems
