GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful company! Told my pensioner mother in law after 7 years to vacate the property in the matter of weeks this is how they feel fit to treat people that have never missed a payment as long as she been there. They even had apartments available at the time of contacting her but never put these forward as an alternative. What company would see fit to do this to a pensioner! Me and my wife rang them there is absolutely no customer service from them. You should be ashamed of yourselves! If you are a tenant looking for a property think twice before entertaining these cowboys.

GoogleAfter recently completing a management move to Crucible Homes from another agent, I could not be happier with the service I've received over the last 4 months. From day one, Brandon and Olivia in the lettings department have looked after my property brilliantly. They've offered great advice throughout, kept me up to date with the new changes to Renters' Rights coming up, and have managed everything seamlessly. The whole process has been smooth, organised and completely stress-free thanks to their friendliness, expertise and proactive approach. Also a special mention to Lauryn in accounts, who has been fantastic - always sending statements promptly and staying on top of rent payments. It's reassuring to know everything is handled so efficiently. Overall, Crucible are a fantastic team who genuinely care about both landlords and tenants and have made me feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning. I would 100% recommend Crucible Homes to anyone looking for professional and reliable property management!

GoogleExtremely disappointing experience with Crucible Homes (Chapeltown branch). We bought our house through them and honestly, we had nothing but trouble from start to finish. They never answer the phone, and if you leave a message, you’re lucky if anyone ever calls you back. When they do finally respond, it’s usually after 2, 3 weeks, and even then, the information you get is often incorrect or inconsistent. It feels like nobody takes responsibility for anything. You’re constantly told, “I’ve been on my own all week,” yet when you do manage to speak to someone, it’s always a different story apparently the person you need is “on another line.” Communication is terrible, follow-up is non-existent, and honesty seems to be in short supply. I would strongly recommend avoiding this branch if you want a smooth, stress-free experience. On the day of the sale, our buyer flat-out refused to leave the house because her removal men broke down. And all Karen could say was, “Why don’t you go for a coffee, Lyndsey?” Meanwhile, they were the very people who didn’t bother to tell us that our seller’s removal team hadn’t even turned up at 10:00am. Until we was already on our way to the property. So yes absolute chaos. They caused so much stress for every single one of us

Ruth's online photos were extremely professional and our house featured several times in their window too. Another gold star for their fixed rate sale fee so we knew exactly how much cash we would have left.

GoogleCrusible have recently found me the perfect tenant for my apartment. It was only empty from the previous tenant for 17 days.It was mainly Karen that I delt with.She was so helpful, as I recently lost my husband who always delt with the apartment business.She really went the extra mile.There were a couple of on going problems while Karen was off sick for 2 weeks, and another staff member was off.But the issues were quickly resolved when staffing problems were sorted, and more importantly Karen was back. She is so good at her job, and couldn't possibly be more helpful.

GoogleMy experience with Crucible Homes has been very positive thus far. Since moving into my flat, I’ve experienced no issues or problems with my apartment or neighbours. The staff are very friendly as well. Great line of communication. I don’t have to wait very long for a response after making an enquiry.
