Crusible have recently found me the perfect tenant for my apartment. It was only empty from the previous tenant for 17 days.It was mainly Karen that I delt with.She was so helpful, as I recently lost my husband who always delt with the apartment business.She really went the extra mile.There were a couple of on going problems while Karen was off sick for 2 weeks, and another staff member was off.But the issues were quickly resolved when staffing problems were sorted, and more importantly Karen was back. She is so good at her job, and couldn't possibly be more helpful.

From the first day I walked in the reception of my appointment, I was welcomed well and everything was explained in details by Annie but she no longer works in the office , she was a nice and ready to to attend to your needs, and also Mr Tony has been a wonderful caretaker ,he makes everything easy and get done asap, and also Ruby she does her job so well and also a good listener ,I always prefer speaking to ruby whenever I want to ring the office, overall the experience with crucible homes has been Amazing xx

Extremely disappointing experience with Crucible Homes (Chapeltown branch). We bought our house through them and honestly, we had nothing but trouble from start to finish. They never answer the phone, and if you leave a message, you’re lucky if anyone ever calls you back. When they do finally respond, it’s usually after 2, 3 weeks, and even then, the information you get is often incorrect or inconsistent. It feels like nobody takes responsibility for anything. You’re constantly told, “I’ve been on my own all week,” yet when you do manage to speak to someone, it’s always a different story apparently the person you need is “on another line.” Communication is terrible, follow-up is non-existent, and honesty seems to be in short supply. I would strongly recommend avoiding this branch if you want a smooth, stress-free experience. On the day of the sale, our buyer flat-out refused to leave the house because her removal men broke down. And all Karen could say was, “Why don’t you go for a coffee, Lyndsey?” Meanwhile, they were the very people who didn’t bother to tell us that our seller’s removal team hadn’t even turned up at 10:00am. Until we was already on our way to the property. So yes absolute chaos. They caused so much stress for every single one of us

I had a promising telephone conversation with one of the agents to book a viewing. She then sent me a video of the property and asked that I reply to the email to arrange the viewings, which I did the same day. I haven't heard back since. I followed up the next day with phone calls and could not speak to anyone, so I left a voice message. I followed up 2 days later by calling (due to the weekend) after not hearing back from them, and after mutiple attempts, the agent who answered proceeded to say that they are fully booked for viewings, as the phones have been ringing off the hook, and there is nothing she can do. How very frustrating and unprofessional! Edit very rude and unpleasant staff. AVOID AT ALL COST

For our first rented home it was pretty scary! Helen helped us out so much and was very reassuring!:) Helen has been a kind, reassuring, helpful and honest agent and has always helped us no matter what.:) Only reason why we aren’t giving 5 stars is because curicibles and SYC had a misunderstanding and we went into the tenency with a few faults without them knowing. This wasn’t her fault and have currently been fixed. When we rent and or ever but we will sure to be looking at more properties from this agency!:) Thanks again Helen for everything you’ve done/doing for us!:) x
