GoogleThe service crucible provide has been excellent and way above anything I have had before or would expect when selling. Luke has gone out of his way to not only sell my property but also find me my next house even if it was with another agent. Very helpful and always positive I was recommended crucible by a friend and will recommend them to anybody wanting to sell. 10/10

GoogleGreat service from Crucible. Putting our house on the market with them was so easy and it sold just over a week later. Unfortunately we subsequently had a horrible experience due to issues further up the chain but managed to get through it, and now have a date to move into our new family home. Big thank you in particular to Angela for great advice, and trying to do what she could for us in a difficult situation.

GoogleUnprofessional, Unorganised and at times unbelievable. If you would like a letting agent that speaks to people like filth, incapable of transmitting a simple message and totally unable to write down anything they are told, this is the shambles for you.

GoogleNot very good Had an appointment at 2:45 on a saturday. When i got to the property the tenant answered unaware of my visit to the property. She was lovely and showed me around the property. I was excited to say the least! It was lovely! As soon as i saw the property i was extremely keen. The tenant advised me that she would put a good word in for the landlord as we are becoming homeless and was in need of this house. The tenatnt took.My number and said she would message the landlord (michael) and advise we wanted it. Emailed letting company as soon as i got home (10 mins after) and advised of my appointment time,name,phone number all the relevant information they needed. Asked in the email for an urgent call back so that i could pay £240.00 fees to secure the house. I also did try to call the office but it was closed on saturday. called 11:30am monday to be told it was gone! Angry/ upset that these people didnt really book me an appointment because the tenant wasnt even aware of our visit! Didnt get a chance to have this house! They gave a 3 bedroom property to a single person who doesnt need all the room and didnt not check there email as i wanted it first ! Tried to call again tuesday to discuss this further and they where shut for "staff training" Ive dealt with several letting agencies over the last 2 months, these have annoyed me more than any Of them! Was even willing to pay £240.00 ridiculous fees which i wouldnt have paid anywhere else. What a joke

Jab is brilliant and definitely goes the extra mile for his clients. Will certainly be my first port of call for any future purchases or sales.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a property through Crucible at Wickersley and found the staff there really helpful especially Danica who goes the extra mile. All the staff are really friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble for them. I would definitley recommend them.

GoogleWe have found the staff at Crucible extremely helpful, supportive and professional. Danica in particular has been amazing, very professional with a lovely, bubbly personality. She always goes the extra mile, is always the same and makes you feel that nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend Crucible, especially the Wickersley branch, to anyone buying or selling property.

GoogleAt the beginning they will act very professional, however once they have the contract signed they are terrible. They have so many hidden chargers. Totally unexceptable. Use one of the other agents as these guys are all about making money.
