GoogleI have rented a house off crucible for over a year now, I have not had any problems with them. I have always dawn deal with me; she is so welcoming and polite, always helped me to the best she can when I've rang up about something. I might be leaving crucible soon and will be sad to not have dawn dealing with my problems

GoogleA massive thanks to Jab and his fantastic team at Wickersley for selling my home. To Danica and Emma with their unending patience and keeping me positive when I was ready to give up. I really appreciate how you kept me up to date, chased everyone up and always returned my calls or emailed me back. Not forgetting Gary who i could always rely on to pass on my messages.. what a great team..!!!

GoogleWe have found the staff at Crucible extremely helpful, supportive and professional. Danica in particular has been amazing, very professional with a lovely, bubbly personality. She always goes the extra mile, is always the same and makes you feel that nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend Crucible, especially the Wickersley branch, to anyone buying or selling property.

GoogleAfter a bitter experience with my past estate agents I was a bit skeptic about dealings with estate agents but Crucible proved me wrong. From viewing with the bubbly Abby to management of the property by Dawn Johnson, Dawn watts, Michelle and Emma. Any issues with the property were addressed quickly and they would always check back with you if everything is working okay. I was overly impressed with their pricing as most agencies now charge ridiculous amount before move in but they only charged what was necessary making it easier for me to pay off all charges. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone who wants peace of mind with renting, purchase or selling, you won t regret it.

GoogleEmma went above and beyond helping liase with both sides solicitors and as a buyer I felt very comfortable that she was helping both sides of the sale. Constant updates and chasing for us. Jab was very efficient and honest in our initial viewing and likeable. Gary was happy to show us round twice more even though we had already booked got the house and was quick and efficient with all queries we had All round positive experience. Wish I had sold with them too!

GoogleIn my work as a property maintenance contractor, I have regular contact with the crucible staff, especially the wickersley branch. Dawn, Emma, Michelle and Dawn are my main contacts. I always find them to be extremely friendly and helpful. They all seem very knowledgeable, whether it be regarding properties or tenants-it’s as though the know each one individually

GoogleWe called crucible to value our home as we were thinking of selling. We spoke with Emma who was very helpful and professional. When they came to complete the valuation they were friendly and knowledgeable, also no pressure which was important to me. We have decided not sell just yet but wouldn't hesitate to use Crucible when we do.

GoogleAt the beginning they will act very professional, however once they have the contract signed they are terrible. They have so many hidden chargers. Totally unexceptable. Use one of the other agents as these guys are all about making money.

GoogleA lovely company to deal with and very helpful at every turn; particularly Gary Emma and Danicka. As first time buyers and very naive in the process of buying we could have had a much more stressful experience; however Crucible were excellent at every turn. Thank you for everything; looking forward to meeting you on the 6th April! Many Thanks Jess Dinos and Bump

GoogleWould just like to say how Fabulous the Crucible Team have been with my parents house. Previously we have had some terrible experiences with other agents, so this made us very wary, but I would highly recommend Crucible to anyone who is wanting to buy, sell or rent a property. GoogleFor our first rented home it was pretty scary! Helen helped us out so much and was very reassuring!:) Helen has been a kind, reassuring, helpful and honest agent and has always helped us no matter what.:) Only reason why we aren’t giving 5 stars is because curicibles and SYC had a misunderstanding and we went into the tenency with a few faults without them knowing. This wasn’t her fault and have currently been fixed. When we rent and or ever but we will sure to be looking at more properties from this agency!:) Thanks again Helen for everything you’ve done/doing for us!:) x

GoogleThe service crucible provide has been excellent and way above anything I have had before or would expect when selling. Luke has gone out of his way to not only sell my property but also find me my next house even if it was with another agent. Very helpful and always positive I was recommended crucible by a friend and will recommend them to anybody wanting to sell. 10/10

GoogleGreat service from Crucible. Putting our house on the market with them was so easy and it sold just over a week later. Unfortunately we subsequently had a horrible experience due to issues further up the chain but managed to get through it, and now have a date to move into our new family home. Big thank you in particular to Angela for great advice, and trying to do what she could for us in a difficult situation.
