GoogleWe chose Cromwells after considering a few different local agents to sell our property. Sam stood out to us out of all the agents that came to value our home - his local market knowledge, friendliness and professional manner shone through. We were impressed by how quickly things moved once our property went on the market. The whole sales process was very well managed, even when we hit some bumps in the road. We found our sales negotiator Hayley to be exceptional in keeping everyone up to date and ensuring that the sale kept moving. Cromwells not only sold our house, they also helped us to find our new home. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleIt has been a pleasure to interact with Cromwells (Sally, Kate, Chanelle) throughout the property purchase process. They have been very helpful in providing responses directly or getting it from the owner, solicitor. Property purchase is a long process, they provided regular updates on the progress, blockers if any proactively along with the timelines for resolution. I would like to specially thank Sally for the exceptional customer service provided

GoogleFrom market appraisal through to completion of sale, the team at Cromwells listened to our requests and hence the whole sale went through in 10 weeks. They were professional and well organised. Thank you for taking the stress out of the sale.

GoogleFrom the moment I viewed the property to collecting the keys, Cromwells have been amazing! There were many bumps in the road to get to completion but at each point Sally, Kate and Chanelle were phenomenal, checking in with me, consoling me and supporting me. I can't express my gratitude enough, the service provided by this estate agency was always on point. I wanted to view the property on numerous occasions over the course and it was never any trouble. I felt like they really had my back when there was a possibility that the property was to be remarketed, a big thanks to Sally for this who put in a lot of work to ensure it didn't happen. Everyone I dealt with at Cromwells were fantastic and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

GoogleI can't thank Cromwell's enough for their exceptional service. Sally, Chanelle and the wider team made the buying process seamless for me. They managed expectations clearly through clear communication and regular updates. Always proactive with processes to ensure the sale went through efficiently. If Sally or Chanelle missed a call from me I knew they would get back to me within an hour. I would recommend Cromwells to anyone who is in the market that wants to deal with a credible, passionate and friendly agent. Thank you once again.

GoogleSelling our home after nearly 40 years was a daunting experience but happily our sale went smoothly. Buying our next home proved more challenging with both the vendor and his solicitor being “too relaxed” and extremely slow in responding to the usual enquiries. Without the persistent commitment of Nicky from Cromwells we doubt whether we would have ever exchanged. She was fearless in chasing the vendor and his solicitor for answers - sometimes to their annoyance! Nicky regularly kept us briefed on the “progress” and we will always be grateful to her for her professionalism, determination and friendly support when we most needed it.

GoogleI am indeed extremely grateful to everyone at Cromwells Cheam (especially Nicky), an absolutely amazing team. They have been professional, very proficient with the conveyancers to help resolve matters and avoid delays in the purchase process. Overall, a nice friendly team, that always made me feel welcome, while allowing me to make several visits to the property and arrange for building quotes (before completion). Thank you Cromwells Cheam, for being a very special part of my first ever property purchase.

GoogleI should have written this review a long time ago. We sold our house and bought the new house both via Cromwell Cheam in 2021. Many thanks to Jason, Matt, Nicky and the team, they were simply fantastic. Jason as the director gave us a huge support to get our dream house from competitors. He showed his honesty, transparency and diligence throughout the process. Matt was hard working and always on hand to solve problems. He was always approachable and showed a great professionalism. We had experience in working with other agents from other companies and Matt was definitely one of the best we had met. I would strongly recommend Cromwell Cheam. Mr & Mrs Wan
