GoogleVery helpful, friendly and efficient. I’d had some problems at the start of the move with my nominated mortgage advisor and Cromwells helped me to quickly find a replacement and set me up with a Solicitor. My sales progressor Chanelle was very good at keeping up to date with the move. She was able to keep me informed and give me reassurance that everything was progressing as it should.

GoogleI recently sold my house with Cromwells, we did a open day in August and had 30+ viewings and 10+ offers. We didn't have the best luck at first as we lost our first to two buyers but this was no fault of Cromwells, they kept positive and worked tirelessly and we were third time lucky with our buyer! Sally was my main point of contact, she was responsive, always took my calls and helped chase the buyers solicitors. The rest of the team were also fantastic, especially Sam, Chanelle, Chloe and Scott!

GoogleI picked up with Cromwells following an original sale with a different vendor falling through. Sally talked through the sales process in a really easy to understand manner and got me to market so quickly. Sally and Chanelle in particular were great at getting people through the door and the subsequent correspondence with solicitors to get me to completion. Always approachable and happy to help. Would def recommend.

They have been selling a property on my behalf and even though I am based in New Zealand they have kept me informed every step of the way. From initial discussion about pricing and marketing, selection of prospective buyers through to completion, they have been brilliant. My personal thanks to all the team there but especially to Chanelle Howland who has been truly wonderful, the best estate agent in London bar none.

GoogleI Have been really impressed with the service that I received from Cromwells Estate agents Sally was excellent and very professional , she was not pushy at all , as soon as she had viewed my Father's property she came back to me immediately with an estimate of the sale value Once I had made the decision to sell my Father's house with Cromwells Sally and the team arranged an open day and we had approximately 24 viewings in one day and my Father's house was Sold within 3 days , Once we had accepted an offer Hayley stepped in as the sale progresor and she put in so much work to chase all the solicitors and buyers in the chain , she worked tirelessly and without Hayley we would not have exchanged and completed as quickly , all in all an excellent team Thank you so much

GoogleThis is the second time we've used Cromwells (we purchased last time, and have now sold), and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! All the way from the start of the valuation process, getting on the market, locking in a buyer, and chasing all the necessary parties, the whole team have really put the effort in without any grumbling and performing to an extremely high standard. Communication has been excellent, everyone really friendly and willing to take the time to explain what was going on at various stages of the process. Their knowledge of the rapidly changing market (specifically inflated prices causing mortgage offers to fall through) was excellent as well, and having all the info up front allowed us to list and sell at a fair market rate without any surprises. If you're considering buying one of their properties, or listing with Cromwells, don't think about it anymore... just do it!

GoogleThese agents are a cut above the rest. I have nothing but praise for them. I tried another high street agent (who and after 4 months got me no where). These agents were different, my house was sold in the first week and the conveyancing process went smoothly. I found the agents Sally and Katie very professional and easy to get in touch with and they back to me without delay.
