GoogleWe appointed Cromwells in January, and dealing with Ian was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable and was able to move the sale along really well. It was really helpful to use a local firm with local knowledge and I’d recommend them and use them again. Thanks!

GoogleWe have sold our residence for over 30 years in Sutton with Cromwells Estate Agent. From the very first visit by Charlotte from Cheam Office we were very impressed by her professionalism, friendliness and positive attitude. Even in the middle of the pandemic and being stuck abroad Cromwells have perfectly conducted the whole sales process for us, have achieved the highest possible selling price and have found a suitable buyer, who no doubt would appreciate our home as we did. We would highly recommend Cromwells Estate Agent and their partnership solicitors Stratega Law, which both were very efficient, communicative and have handled the whole selling process with an easy for us, stress free, without any hassle and timely friendly support, which we needed and highly appreciated. Outstanding service! Thank you! Katia and Vlad, Vendors

GoogleAfter few emails and phone calls, I received no response at all. No one bothered to ring me back, not even a courtesy call to inform that the particular house had been taken off the market. This has happened 3 times in the last few weeks. Cheam letting team is the worst. They really deserve no stars at all.

GoogleMy brother and I recently sold our house through Cromwells. The sale went well from start to finish. I want to praise both Jason Brown & Charlotte Ingram for their professional service. I would highly recommend Cromwells estate agents, in Cheam village.

GoogleI recently purchased a property with my girlfriend from Cromwells Cheam branch. We dealt with their agent Nicky who was very helpful throughout the process. Towards the end there were a few little bumps at no fault of Cromwells, but Nicky kept good communication with us to push it over the line. Would highly recommend.

GoogleFor anyone looking to sell their property, I would 100% recommend Cromwells in cheam village! Nicky was fantastic! Unfortunately Our first buyer messed us around and pulled out of the sale quite far down the line but Nicky was there to get us through it and turn things around within a matter of days. She reassured us that she would do all that she could to sell our house so that we wouldn’t lose our onward purchase. True to her word she held an open day and sold the house that weekend! She was very professional and always kept us in the loop with any progression & updates, even on her days off!! This is the 2nd time we have used Cromwells/Nicky & would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again Nicky & everyone that played a part in our move.

GoogleWhen you get the result you hope for it is easy to offer praise , but truly Nicky at Cromwells did a superb job at looking after both the buyer and myself well beyond what should reasonably be expected . Well done and I say that with over 40 years of experience of the world of Estate Agency , and nice to see a firm delivering what you hope for and expect from them . Thank you Cromwells and especially Nicky . Best wishes , Roger Slater .

GoogleIt is so refreshing to find an estate agent with customer care at their hearts ! From the first contact and valuation by Jason the owner and throughout the whole process with Nicky ,who has been amazing , going above and beyond and even chasing things up while away on holiday - I highly recommend this company . Everyone within the office has been so friendly and helpful - special mention to Charlotte too who chased up on completion day. It’s good to acknowledge great customer care - Cromwells have got it right ! Big big thumbs up from me 👍 Thank you thank you thank you Nicky

GoogleI had a great experience with Cromwells Cheam, Nicky Gilbert! Myself and my boyfriend were first time buyers and Nicky made us feel comfortable, well informed and updated on her progression with the solicitors within the chain. Nicky 'held our hands' throughout the purchase! Couldn't recommend Cromwells or Nicky more!

GoogleWe have been renting for 25 years and I can honestly say, Cromwells and Maisie in particular have been some of the best estate agents we have been with. We have felt cared about and supported through the whole process - before and after which has been amazing and made the whole moving experience so much less stressful.

GoogleFrom start to finish Cromwell's have been fantastic! Jason talked us through in detail the value of our house and came prepared with an extensive history of our property. Nikki and Charlotte were great throughout, always communicating with us on the progress of our sale. Nikki always spoke positively about our property and had a warm and friendly manner. Overall I would highly recommend Cromwell's, Cheam and look forward to working with them again in future.

GoogleI sold my house through Cromwells a few months ago. The Cheam Cromwells office were fantastic. Jason initially came round to explain the process and value the house. Nicky progressed the sale and kept me up to date, liaised with solicitors, my onward estate agent and buyers. I can't recommend them enough.
Thank you Liz

GoogleI would never go with anyone else, Cromwell's were amazing from start to finish. Sally, Chanelle and Hayley made selling my mums property as easy as they could. I even locked myself out of my mums property and left my car keys in the property, they sent someone round within 20 minutes with keys. Hayley chased up the solicitors, kept me updated on the process. What was a very stressful time was made a lot easier with Cromwell's/staffs help. 10/10 from myself and mum.
Thank you Lisa, we are so lucky to have such a great team and I'm glad we were able to help.
