Cromwells provided an excellent service selling our 2 bedroom flat. As we did not live locally Cromwells checked the heating was on or off as needed, achieved a regular flow of views and was realistic in the negation of the final agreed sale price. They also offer a package which includes a solicitor, which worked well as Barnes were also very good, effectively carrying out my phone instructions. Selling property, even without a chain requires an experienced team as at Cromwells, to match buyer and seller and ensure as prompt a sale as possible.

Following the passing of my mother I approached Cromwells for a valuation of her property. After dealing with a really bad experience with another estate agent we were over the moon with the service we received from Charlotte Ingram. Charlotte was always extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entirety of our buying process, which we found incredibly important as first time buyers. She continuously liaised with our solicitor to keep the process moving at a timely pace and kept us up to date with timeframes. When she was out of office her colleagues also responded very quickly so we never felt like we were in the dark. Really couldn’t recommend her, and those that we interacted with from Cromwell’s, highly enough! Thanks Charlotte!

Nicky Gilbert was the agent for a house I have recently purchased. The service from Cromwells, and Nicky in particular, has been superb throughout. She has been engaging, available, and has solved problems ahead of time to smooth the purchase of the house. This has included complex liaison with solicitors, sellers, people acting as power of attorneys, and removals companies. It has been especially helpful that she has rung all parties on a weekly basis to check the progress of the purchase - and done so in a polite and friendly manner. I have no doubt that the speed and simplicity of the transaction was due to Nicky's hard work, and would wholeheartedly recommend her & the Cromwells team to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a property. Of particular note is the honesty and credibility of Nicky & Cromwells throughout the process: the same cannot be said for other agents in Cheam Village, who are not transparent in the buying process.
