GoogleVery impressed with Cromwell had been with another estate agent with little interest . Cromwell , Nicky our agent ,kept us informed and were particularly helpful with a few difficulties . Felt very supported would definitely use again . Only minor issue we were not too impressed with solicitors .

GoogleI sold my house through Cromwells a few months ago. The Cheam Cromwells office were fantastic. Jason initially came round to explain the process and value the house. Nicky progressed the sale and kept me up to date, liaised with solicitors, my onward estate agent and buyers. I can't recommend them enough.

From the very first visit by Charlotte from Cheam Office we were very impressed by her professionalism, friendliness and positive attitude. Even in the middle of the pandemic and being stuck abroad Cromwells have perfectly conducted the whole sales process for us, have achieved the highest possible selling price and have found a suitable buyer, who no doubt would appreciate our home as we did. GoogleDisappointing that after expressing my interest in listing my flat with them, I received no calls back. I understand things are very testing and busy at the moment for all and so I tried again to call giving them the benefit of the doubt however, a week since and I still haven't heard a peep. Perhaps I dodged a bullet.

GoogleSelling our home after nearly 40 years was a daunting experience but happily our sale went smoothly. Buying our next home proved more challenging with both the vendor and his solicitor being “too relaxed” and extremely slow in responding to the usual enquiries. Without the persistent commitment of Nicky from Cromwells we doubt whether we would have ever exchanged. She was fearless in chasing the vendor and his solicitor for answers - sometimes to their annoyance! Nicky regularly kept us briefed on the “progress” and we will always be grateful to her for her professionalism, determination and friendly support when we most needed it.

GoogleHaving recently [Oct.'17] sold our property through Cromwells Estate Agents, we were really happy with the service throughout the entire process. When choosing an agent, Jason came to see us and told us what they would do for us. He told us how they would market the property in clear terms but was succinct and didn’t keep us for hours as some of his competitors did. He also offered us a good rate and suggested a sale price we were pleased with. The property was marketed well with great photos and after an open day, we had a buyer. Heather then worked extremely hard keeping the sale on track responding to our queries and the many and varied demands of the buyer. We achieved the asking price for the house and were happy to pay the commission to Cromwells as they did such a good job making it all go smoothly.

GoogleAfter few emails and phone calls, I received no response at all. No one bothered to ring me back, not even a courtesy call to inform that the particular house had been taken off the market. This has happened 3 times in the last few weeks. Cheam letting team is the worst. They really deserve no stars at all.
