It is so refreshing to find an estate agent with customer care at their hearts ! From the first contact and valuation by Jason the owner and throughout the whole process with Nicky ,who has been amazing , going above and beyond and even chasing things up while away on holiday - I highly recommend this company . Everyone within the office has been so friendly and helpful - special mention to Charlotte too who chased up on completion day. For anyone looking to sell their property, I would 100% recommend Cromwells in cheam village! Nicky was fantastic! Unfortunately Our first buyer messed us around and pulled out of the sale quite far down the line but Nicky was there to get us through it and turn things around within a matter of days. She reassured us that she would do all that she could to sell our house so that we wouldn’t lose our onward purchase. True to her word she held an open day and sold the house that weekend! She was very professional and always kept us in the loop with any progression & updates, even on her days off!! This is the 2nd time we have used Cromwells/Nicky & would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again Nicky & everyone that played a part in our move.

Many thanks to Jason, Matt, Nicky and the team, they were simply fantastic. Jason as the director gave us a huge support to get our dream house from competitors. We sold in Sept 2017, Jason carried out the valuation. He valued it at exactly what we had in mind. Took excellent photos the same day. By that afternoon, true to his word, our property was on the market. He also suggested a local firm of solicitors, Stratega Law, that he works with. I can honestly say, they were excellent and competitively priced. We sold within the first week. His team conducted the viewings, in a very professional manner, and it was evident they were working to achieve a sale for us. Heather then maintained contact between our buyers, solicitors and ourselves and at times, I am sure this was not an easy task, but she remained professional and reassuring at all times. I would be more than happy to recommend Cromwell’s to anyone. We all know buying and selling your property can be extremely stressful but they help you through the whole process.
