GoogleI’ve just completed on the sale of a property in Sutton Surrey and James and Teresa at this lovely firm of Estate Agents have been absolutely wonderful throughout. This is the second property I’ve sold through this firm in recent years and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleSold very quickly, with good negotiations for the desired price. The Cromwells team were always polite and helpful with answers to questions. However in the last week prior to completion James failed to respond to a request regarding a gift for the new owners (it was later explained to me that James was new - but he’s named in reviews from 11 months ago ;so not that new…) They also failed to ensure meter readings were taken when the keys were handed over early for essential repair works prior to completion. Getting keys early was unusual and as such the solicitor drew up a contract which stated the purchasers would be responsible for the utilities. Whilst Cromwells got a copy of this they failed to ensure the terms were met. To add salt to the wound the manager was very prickly and off hand when this was raised .

GoogleNicky was refreshingly honest and extremely communicative throughout the entire process (which is usually very stressful!). There’s lots of estate agents in Cheam but I wouldn’t choose anywhere but Cromwells.

GoogleCromwells provided an excellent service selling our 2 bedroom flat. As we did not live locally Cromwells checked the heating was on or off as needed, achieved a regular flow of views and was realistic in the negation of the final agreed sale price. They also offer a package which includes a solicitor, which worked well as Barnes were also very good, effectively carrying out my phone instructions. Selling property, even without a chain requires an experienced team as at Cromwells, to match buyer and seller and ensure as prompt a sale as possible.
