The team and Cromwells have been fantastic, in particular Sally and Charlotte from the Wallington branch. We recently sold a property with them and I am so pleased we chose them. Sally got the valuation spot on, took beautiful pictures, and supported us all the way through. Charlotte was also amazing at supporting us when we encountered some delays (due to the buyers solicitors). They were both professional and caring, always available to take our calls, and great at chasing solicitors to get the job done. Together with our solicitors (who were also brilliant, recommended by Cromwells) they helped us to navigate the delays, keeping us informed and being extremely patient with us. Everyone else we spoke to at Cromwells was also super helpful at all time. I can't thank you enough, and I wouldn't have been able to it without you.

Sorted out the sale of my property and kept me informed and offered good advice about the many changes in circumstances during the sale. Always friendly and helpful whenever I visited the office, which was quite often.

Following the passing of my mother I approached Cromwells for a valuation of her property. Right from the very beginning they were compassionate in handling both the probate valuation and the eventual sale. Nicky was always on the ball, responsive to any requests and worked hard to keep the chain intact. Wouldn’t hesitate in using Cromwells, Cheam again.

Thank you for being kind and caring towards my elderly father. It was a difficult sale due to the land registry losing my father’s title deeds. Fortunately Cromwells were very helpful. Highly recommend this real estate.

Great all round service. Despite my needing to sell at the bottom of the market, Phil, Ian and their team worked tirelessly to find me a motivated buyer. They kept me updated on client feedback and once I had a sensible offer they made sure of the buyers' credentials and saw the sale smoothly through to completion, keeping me well informed at all stages. I would recommend Cromwells in Carshalton Beeches to any prospective seller without any reservation.
