GoogleAfter disappointment with a previous estate agent, Cromwells and Sally and the team have been consistently everything I could have hoped for, and more. They provided publicity with photo service gratis (unlike the previous hundreds of pounds cost, that made me nothing except poorer); found a buyer after many viewings in five days; and helped me surmount myriad obstacles (in every case the fault of a body other than them and me) with patience, good humour, great professionalism and immense competence. They cannot be recommended too highly.

GoogleMy husband and I had a most positive experience with Chanelle at Cromwells Estate Agents. She was consistently available to guide and assist us throughout the entire process of dealing with the sale of our property. She was clear, prompt and capable when responding to our queries every step of the way. We felt reassured and confident that the sale of our property was in good hands, which was extremely important to us or to any seller for that matter. Her work ethic is second to none. She has just given Cromwells every reason to be proud of their place in the real estate industry. We could not have worked with a better agent, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Brilliant work Chanelle! Thank you for your review.

GoogleAfter dealing with a really bad experience with another estate agent we were over the moon with the service we received from Charlotte Ingram. Charlotte was always extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entirety of our buying process, which we found incredibly important as first time buyers. She continuously liaised with our solicitor to keep the process moving at a timely pace and kept us up to date with timeframes. When she was out of office her colleagues also responded very quickly so we never felt like we were in the dark. Really couldn’t recommend her, and those that we interacted with from Cromwell’s, highly enough! Thanks Charlotte!

Chanelle was always available, patiently coordinated with all parties in the chain, and communicated honestly and transparently. Her dedication and support have been instrumental in making our dream come true. Chanelle deserves a full 5-star rating for her outstanding service and professionalism. Staff like her make the company great and provide an unparalleled level of service. Thank you, Chanelle, for your invaluable assistance!

GoogleNicky Gilbert was the agent for a house I have recently purchased. The service from Cromwells, and Nicky in particular, has been superb throughout. She has been engaging, available, and has solved problems ahead of time to smooth the purchase of the house. This has included complex liaison with solicitors, sellers, people acting as power of attorneys, and removals companies. It has been especially helpful that she has rung all parties on a weekly basis to check the progress of the purchase - and done so in a polite and friendly manner. I have no doubt that the speed and simplicity of the transaction was due to Nicky's hard work, and would wholeheartedly recommend her & the Cromwells team to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a property. Of particular note is the honesty and credibility of Nicky & Cromwells throughout the process: the same cannot be said for other agents in Cheam Village, who are not transparent in the buying process. Thanks for all your help and put it simply, head and shoulders above the rest!
