GoogleI instructed Cromells to sell my property recently and I found them to be excellent finding me a purchaser and at all times the staff were most helpful polite and kept me informed as the sale progressed. Sally Calvo who over saw my sale from start to finish I cannot praise enough she was most helpful informative and very professional and a asset to Cromwells.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Thank you for your kind review and we all agree Sally is fantastic and a real asset to Cromwells as well as a pleasure to work alongside. Thanks again and we wish you all the best for the future.

GoogleThank goodness for people like Jas... I recently bought a property in Wallington and Jas was the agent dealing with the sale. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Our chain was a very long one and there were several points where it nearly collapsed. Not only did Jas keep me informed minute by minute, step by step, she also provided me with an ear when I felt it was all going wrong. Professional, fantastic communicator, on top of her game I would definitely say I had the best experience ever and that was all thanks to Jas. Considering I was buying and not paying any fees to Cromwells this didn’t stop her bending over backwards to be on hand (even on her day off she still contacted me to make sure things were ok) dedicated! I would like to say the most heart felt thanks to Jas without her I wouldn’t be moving into our new home. Thank you for everything! 10 stars from me- 5 just isn’t enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Jas is brilliant at sales progression and she really appreciated all your kind words. Thank you from all the Cromwells Wallington Team.

GoogleWe sold our house via Cromwells and Sally Calvo was our agent. Sally was professional, took excellent photos of our property, kept us well informed and always answered calls. Our property sold in two weeks for the full asking price which was excellent. Where Cromwells really stood out was with the progression. We had a complicated chain and the agent followed up everything every week, even doing the job of other agents in the chain who were not as efficient. They really did an excellent job. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Sally is a dedicated member of staff who genuinely cares for all her clients. She always tries hard to achieve over and beyond all their expectations and usually succeeds. Well done Sally!

GoogleWe chose Cromwells initially as we noticed a lot of their signs in the area where we were looking. After signing up with them, the sales process was seamless and the house was sold within weeks with an extremely competitive fee which included our solicitors fees. Ian was our linked agent, who sold the house and helped nudge us in the right direction towards a house he thought we would like that we had initially dismissed. After trusting his advice, we ended up also buying with Cromwells and Ian made sure we got a good deal on the house we were purchasing! Throughout the whole sale and purchase, all the staff have been amazing and we would genuinely recommend anyone to use this honest and hardworking estate agent. Huge thanks to Ian who went above and beyond to make sure we could move within the time frame we needed.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
