GoogleIf I could give above 5 stars I would.... The team honestly couldn't do enough for me when purchasing my first home, making the process seamless and feel effortless. All members of the Cromwells Cheam team that I spoke with were friendly and personable, which made me feel calm throughout a time of my life that I thought would be stressful. I would 100% recommend using this trustworthy, professional Estate Agents and a BIG thank you for helping me!

GoogleDisappointing that after expressing my interest in listing my flat with them, I received no calls back. I understand things are very testing and busy at the moment for all and so I tried again to call giving them the benefit of the doubt however, a week since and I still haven't heard a peep. Perhaps I dodged a bullet.

GoogleI recently sold my house through Cromwells Cheam and I have to say I received a great service throughout. Hayley was a real help once the offer was accepted by keeping me updated every week. Would definitely recommend to anyone selling their house in the Sutton/Cheam area!

GoogleLaziest estate agents ever! Homeowners don’t use this agency if you want to sell your property at the best price. I’m a buyer and I’ve literally been hassling these agents to view two properties that I’m really interested in and nobody ever comes back to me. And the crazy thing is, one of the properties I’ve been trying to view (is still not sold) has now been reduced in price twice even though I’ve been wanting to view it and am a serious buyer. I wonder whether the vendors are aware that they are being told to reduce the price of their home but yet the agents are ignoring potential buyers who have expressed interest in viewing! Absolutely ludicrous. Never have I experienced a situation where the buyer has to hassle the estate agent. I certainly wouldn’t ever use them if I had a property to sell, after experiencing how inefficient and lazy they are from a potential buyers perspective

We have x 12 people registered by the name Smith but none of these appear to be yourself but happy to double check. is Sunday afternoon and I am responding to your review immediately so not that lazy I hope you would agree.You have omitted to tell me which property you have been trying to view and would be grateful if you could let me have the details so that if this is a genuine complaint we can rectify the issue. GoogleCromwell's Cheam have given us an excellent service with the sale of our house. Having been stung with a buyer withdrawal and let's just say 'Not so good service' by another agent earlier in the year. (3 Months of agony) We were bruised and nervous about starting all over again. But it has been a pleasure working with such professional, efficient, helpful and friendly people. We were kept informed every step of the way, which is refreshing in itself. GoogleThank you to Samuel and his team for being so energetic and helpful in selling my elderly Mothers bungalow. Despite the first chain breaking down further along the chain (out of their control at all) they re:listed and again provided plenty of proceed-able viewings quickly, achieving a good price, and completion within six weeks working very well with Julia Stygal from MW solicitors (Wallington) which proved a dream team. I would warmly recommend them to anyone buying and selling property. They were always available for advice, and every team member pleasant and helpful.

GoogleUsed Cromwells (Wallington) to sell my property and found the whole team to be extremely helpful, professional and informative at all stages of the process. Primarily dealt with Samuel who made the whole process seamless and stress-free and was always on hand to update me at any time. Would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others and on any property sales I may have in the future they would be the only estate agent I’d use.

I'm only leaving a review because I never had a good experience with the previous Estate Agent when selling my last property and you guys have gone the extra mile to keep me informed and get my transfer through quicker than expected. Thanks, would recommend you give them a shot if you need an Estate Agent.

GoogleI would like to leave my disappointment with Cromwells. I contacted the agents because they had a house that fit what I was looking for, and after seeing the house I contacted by email the same day stating that I would like to rent the house, the next morning I called and said that I would like to rent the house, I waited for the contact of Mr. Martin all day, nobody called me, today 22/11/2019 again I called wondering about the house and was informed that the house had rented, without professionalism, without ethics, without respect for the client, they should give me a satisfaction, I felt a little prejudice for not being British. I had already attended the agency 2 weeks ago personally and after I left I realized that they had only noted my name, how would they contact me? Their criteria is the clothes someone wears? Because the money is the same, neither my profession nor my husband's was asked. Sad to see that even today people are judged, I do not recommend this agency to anyone.
This property was very popular and a number of people were already booked and interested. We did not contact everyone only the first few to begin with at the owners request, so to blame us for the owners decision is very unfair. We work for the owner who was happy with one of the applicants that they showed round and met in person. The property was let to someone almost immediately. I would also like to point out that we are in no one prejudice and enjoy a multicultural environment both with the public and our staff. We will obviously try and help you where we can should another property become available.
