GoogleExceptional service. Again. When I last moved house I sold through Cromwells and, having been impressed with the team and the service, had no hesitation in chosing them when I decided to sell again. And, if anything, the second time around the service was even more exceptional. My property was sold incredibly quickly and the team progressed the sale in an helpful and professional way and were throughly on the ball with every stage of the process. Everyone in the team that I dealt with was always helpful and friendly. I thoroughly recommend Cromwells.

GoogleThe best estate agents I have come across ever and I’ve moved and bought and sold 8 times...I had three different estate agents in Wallington come and value my house and I just knew as soon as I met Samuel that I would be going with Cromwell’s.. compared to the other agents That came he was realistic and spot on with sale price.. he was also helpful and genuine and not pushy . Jaz, Mitzi and sally did a great job chasing up sale and we’re always so helpful, polite and courteous and most of all Genuine and we’re a pleasure to Work with. If I were selling again I would always go with. Cromwell's as you get a Five star service from all the staff there.. I wouldn’t bother with anyone else.

GoogleMy Husband and I recently purchased our first house through Cromwells Wallington. We found Mitzi and Amanda particularly helpful in getting the sale pushed through and they were very helpful and efficient in dealing with any queries etc. that we had with the vendors' solicitor.

GoogleNot only did they not even bother to show up to a valuation I had booked in to sell my property, they also told me a property that had just been uploaded 'had gone under offer' pretty amazing considering it had just showed up online. Not only that- I asked my Mum to call up not long after, they told her it was available and asked her when she could view! I've spoken to two different members of staff one of them quite literally put the phone down on me when I said I didn't have a buyer for my property... the reason I don't have a buyer for my property is because I am a cash buyer and I DONT NEED ONE... they just assumed I couldn't afford the property without even asking me any questions..so not only have they lost out on a sale from my other property- they have lost out on a buyer! Very well done guys - fab estate agency. I sincerely hope your manager is bursting with pride. RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENTS: You wouldn't have me on your system as your staff didn't bother to register me, which is why they also didn't know i'm a cash buyer. How can you claim 'you don't have my property on your system'...I did not mention the address of it, size, location...you have once again demonstrated that you are compulsive liars, considering nobody showed up, can only assume that it wasn't added to your diary either!!....you have lied about a property being under offer when it's not - you have lied about your good reviews (I can mostly see awful ones), you have lied with your response to this review... all round liars. I don't want to ring, I dont care to listen to someone explain why my business isn't good enough. ...I've instructed Rosingdale's now...thanks

Here at Cromwells Wallington we pride ourselves on customer service and try to be as helpful as possible. Are you sure you have the correct office as we have no record of you on our system and to book a valuation it is impossible without taking all your details. I would be grateful if you would contact us at Cromwells Wallington to discuss this further as I think you have the wrong office. 0208 647 4422 . You will see from our other recent reviews that we do our very best to look after all our clients and have been succeeding. Nobody in our office knows of you and no property or valuation fits the description you have given as we have attended all valuations which are on our system. We use state of the art software and no valuation can be booked without you being fully registered. It is impossible, which is why this review might be for the wrong office. Please call us to discuss so we know this is not a fake review. We are not interested in giving you excuses we just want to know the facts because if this is a genuine complaint we would take this seriously however we cannot address any issues you think we may have if you do not provide further details. ie address and name. Thank you.

GoogleHaving recently [Oct.'17] sold our property through Cromwells Estate Agents, we were really happy with the service throughout the entire process. When choosing an agent, Jason came to see us and told us what they would do for us. He told us how they would market the property in clear terms but was succinct and didn’t keep us for hours as some of his competitors did. He also offered us a good rate and suggested a sale price we were pleased with. The property was marketed well with great photos and after an open day, we had a buyer. Heather then worked extremely hard keeping the sale on track responding to our queries and the many and varied demands of the buyer. We achieved the asking price for the house and were happy to pay the commission to Cromwells as they did such a good job making it all go smoothly.

GoogleCan’t recommend Cromwells Cheam enough. From beginning to end they were helpful and supportive. They always returned my calls. We recived feedback on every viewing and they found us a great buyer. George was great with viewings, and Heather was amazing during the stressful process of getting us to exchange with regular updates. Thanks again to Jason and his team. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe sold and bought houses with Cromwells and highly recommend them. Heather in the Cheam branch dealt with our purchase and provided us with an excellent service. She is professional, friendly and kept in excellent communication with us. She really went above and beyond to ensure our purchase went through.

GoogleDisgusting service - In my opinion the staff are simply terrible human beings - I felt cheated and lied to throughout my dealings with them which resulted in the property being pulled off the market and me losing a lot of money and time. Avoid at all costs if possible

GoogleCalled them the minute a property became available and they stated they would call me back once they had organised an open weekend. Didn't hear back from them and now the property is under offer.
