GoogleWe have rented a house through Coopers Letting Agency and it was a very smooth process. Lily Kavanagah has guided us through the whole process very professionally and friendly. She has shown us two places with providing us enough time to look at them carefully, unlike many other agents who rush you during viewing because they are in a hurry. After we have decided to apply for one of those, she has made the whole process of application and signing the tenancy agreement a painless experience by moderating between us and the landlord. Arranging few repairs in the house being completed on time before we could move in was the cherry on the cake. Thanks Lily and thanks Coopers.
