I've had an incredibly positive experience with Conrans. From my initial consultation with Michael John, through the sale of my flat with Will, they were very open and supportive throughout. Conran Lee has made our life much, much easier during the process of buying our first house. They quickly arranged for property visits when we started our search, promptly answered my (many) emails/calls -before and after the offer was accepted, they arranged (yet another) visit to the house when my husband came back from working abroad and wanted to see the property for the first time in person. The speed, patience and good willing they had to solve my problems/concerns were simply outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for making a naturally stressful process much smoother. Special thanks to Joelle, Jay and Melissa for showing me the properties I wanted to see with a friendly and helpful approach; to Rob for quickly answering all my questions, addressing my concerns and arranging some extra visits and to Jay for calling back in the last weeks of the process and give me the necessary peace of mind that we would finish everything on time (we did!). Thanks to you all for understanding the buyer's position (especially first-time buyers!) and being patient and supportive throughout the process. Personable and practical purchase process. Conran were good at knowing whom was next due to provide information and making timely enquiries to keep the process flowing. Throughout, Conran were balanced to the buyer and seller who were both eager, despite other stakeholders being less responsive. Was estimated to take 4 months but ended taking 6 months but was due more to the time taken to receive information from other parties. Took extra effort to send their own contractor round to confirm our suspicion that a window left open during high winds did not affect structural integrity of the housing.

I find myself in the strange position of genuinely wanting to give a review for an estate agent. And not some throw-away 10 word platitude - a proper testimonial. It’s fair to say that it’s been tough selling a flat in recent months, but Doug found a buyer swiftly, and has been an experienced source of guidance and advice throughout the whole process. Not enough emphasis is placed on the importance of sale progression when choosing a decent estate agent, but I’ve found Conran to be excellent at keeping everyone informed, gently making sure that everyone in the chain kept on top of things. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I recently bought my first flat via Conran Greenwich. I feel very grateful and lucky to have Hayden as the agent on my purchase from day one (my first viewing). The whole process was a bit longer than expected for reasons beyond my control, but I felt a lot less stressed because of the support and help Hayden gave along the way. We are happy to recommend Conran’s Hayden and Doug who acted as estate agents for our property purchase in Greenwich. Conran allowed for individual property viewings (while similar properties often used open house days). The offer process followed reasonable, bilateral negotiations (compared to best & final offer biddings at other agencies). During the purchase, They managed to stay on top of things by aligning directly with the solicitors and keeping us updated on the progress at all times. This was tremendously helpful for us as first time buyers. Hayden and Doug were always approachable and made sure the transaction process was handled in a highly professional manner. We also appreciated their recommendations for mortgage broker, surveyor and builders (some of which we used, they were top notch). All in all, we were extremely satisfied with Hayden and Doug’s work and would enjoy dealing with them again in the future.
