My goodness what an absolutely amazing experience it has been dealing with the team at Conran Charlton. Having moved over from another country I am not too familiar with the rental market or process. No question was too silly (even when I thought they were) and everyone I have dealt with has been super professional, accommodating, caring and just lovely people. A special mention to Hulya who has, even on her days off, come back to me on my wide range of questions in a very patient, professional and caring manner. Conran has restored my faith in renting in the UK after a terrible experience with a previous Landlord. Thank you all so very much for everything.

We bought a property with the help of Kellie who replaced her resigned colleague. At the beginning we were a little bit angry because our agent left without saying anything(Reason for one star less). But Kellie was really nice and helpful, although we were the buyer, she responded very quickly to every email we sent and every request we made. The communication was smooth and efficient. She gave the updates in time and help us to chase each party in the transaction. We are appreciate with her help and highly recommend her.

I've dealt with many agents in the Greenwich area in the past few years from renting to buying. I have to say my interactions with Conran have been top notch. Tamer in particular has been incredible to deal with. He was able to get me a missing certificate in 1 day when the solicitors could not find the right one for weeks. I contacted three agents and after initial discussions I made the decision to go with Conran, partly because they had successfully sold one apartment in my building but also because of that initial positive engagement. I actually got in touch with them at the last minute and they quickly scheduled in a valuation at short notice. It was a good choice. The agents who worked on my sale kept me updated throughout the process and at one particularly problematic hurdle, worked hard to keep the deal going. For that I am really grateful. Very highly recommended.

I can't praise Rob and the team here enough. They sold our house for us back in the summer 2022 (7 years after being the selling agent when we bought it!) and they've been great from the start. They were very responsive and helped us push things along throughout the process (we had an expiring mortgage offer on the property we were buying and the arrival of our second child to contend with). We felt they offered us sound advice and got us the best, and fair, market price for our home. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and we'd use them again should we ever move

They don’t deserve to have five stars… if only I could have given more! Nancy and the team from Conran has been so professional and helpful for our purchase throughout the process from first viewing. We have had seen a number of properties with Conran (and indeed other agents)before deciding on our final purchase. But Conran really stands out for me. From simple things like the wordings in the brochure and the online listing on rightmove, you can tell Conran is very professional with their unique human touch. I know the time scale we have was very tight and without Nancy’s help it wouldn’t have been achievable. I can’t thank Nancy enough for her help. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and such a hardworking professional. She has made the whole process a lot less stressful for us.
