GoogleI know Doug Norris for many years and would not like any other agent to sell my home. He is a face of Conran and represents what is the best in this profession in Greenwich. I bought my first home through him some years ago and he has been very helpful on many occasions since. Both, Doug and Hayden have help to sell my house recently and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Always helpful, polite and understanding of the stress involved in selling and buying a property.

GoogleI recently bought my first property and whilst the process was long and strenuous, I have nothing but great things to say about Conran. Doug and Hayden in particular have been incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive. They kept the communication open and flowing at all times, they were more than accommodating with extra viewings and especially on those last few days when everything was hanging by a thread, they ensured communication with the seller was prompt and open. I am immensely grateful for their expertise, time and just an overall exceptional service. I also appreciated Doug’s recommendation for a solicitor who provided a great service and got everything completed on time. It just shows how important it is to have an agent that cares and is reliable during this difficult process. Thank you to all and I cannot recommend them enough! Really impressive service which is refreshing to see and absolutely crucial to have when buying a property.

Despite being the buyer, I felt that Conran were genuinely interested in how the process was going for me and always presented as approachable and available. They always responded to my emails in a timely manner and helped to ensure that the process ran smoothly for all. Furthermore, they were kind and thoughtful enough to provide me with a lovely housewarming gift too! I would not hesitate to use them in future should I decide to sell. Thanks again!

GoogleGreat experience along the way indeed. Tamer and Chloe helped me on all aspect efficiently and effectively. They always responded to any of my questions very quickly and did proper handover upon holidays and let me view the flat a few times during the process. They even provide free key holding service after completion (just in case you have a delivery or have any contractors/builders that need access). Highly recommend I`d say :)

GoogleAfter 2 purchases falling through during the pandemic, this year we found a property with Conran. Third-time lucky one! I feel very grateful and lucky to have Jessica as the agent on my purchase from day one (my first viewing). The whole process has been smooth, stress free (because of her support) and extremely professional - besides she has been fantastic for our negotiations. Always staying on top of things with timely updates and making herself available. Another thing that impressed me a lot about Jessica is that she is very professional and acting as an excellent liaison between the seller and the buyer, which was tremendously helpful in my purchase. She made herself available to schedule appointments with my Builder to enable works to start after completion. I would highly recommend Jessica and Conran for property purchase.

GoogleRob, who isn't very helpful and likes to pass the buck a lot had arranged to leave a set of keys for a property I've bought with a sweet shop next door without checking the time they close. I have made the journey here to find the sweet shop closed and no response to emails. Previously Rob has a very rude manner in the way he talks and lacks professionalism or care for clients.

GoogleI both rented and sold my property through Conran estate agents in Charlton and after having to deal with many people in different departments I can safely say that I found each and every one of them very professional in their work, helpful and kind. Yes you pay a little more to have them manage and sell your property but it’s a big weight of your mind to do so! (Special thanks to Kellie who was smashing and saw through the sale of my flat) Would defiantly recommend!
