We have used Conran at Charlton for the sale of our mid-terraced house in Charlton. We had an offer within 5 days of listing ;). However this is only a fraction of the outstanding personal service, which we have continuously received by Kellie Kemp. She was the difference between completing close to my deadline and saving thousands of pounds of interest per day and not completing at all. If it was not her to chase the buyers solicitors, the buyers and our solicitors and offer them solutions to their hurdles and objections and more or less do their job for them we would h have completed with months of delay. All in all if I can rate Kellie with 10 out of 10 I would rate her as ONE million, not just 10. Rossen

We felt very well looked after, having Kellie and the team at Conran support us as we bought our first property. We were continually updated and Kellie in particular was happy to answer any questions we had, allowing us to feel we were in good hands. Everything was transparent, nothing was hidden from us, and Kellie kept us informed when often the solicitors couldn't (or wouldn't). She made sure we weren't ripped off and we were very happy with the final negotiated price! An excellent service, and I can't recommend highly enough.

Absolutely terrible service by Wayne West Agreed to pay a holding deposit and shortly after I sent the money out, Wayne sent me a message saying that the landlord has changed his mind and considering another offer while still retaining my money. I tried to call him through my registered mobile number but Wayne did not pick up the phone followed by a text message "Just out on a viewing at the moment I'll call back when I'm in the office". Did not believe him and rang the office through another number but guess who? the same Mr. Wayne. The way he dealt with me and tried to retain the funds unfairly was literally fraudulent awful experience. I popped into the Charlton Office to speak to someone. luckliy a lady sorted the problem getting in touch with the guy. They finally refunded me.
