We worked with Asiah during the conveyancing and I couldn't have asked for a more effective and dilligent person. I can't recommend Conran Estates in Lee enough... I was so impressed with the customer service from the first time I picked up the phone. They are so kind, helpful and professional, and always quick to respond. And when I went to their office, everyone was friendly and made a point of saying hello. I was quite daunted with the prospect of house hunting but I am so glad that Conran Estates were my first port of all, as they really helped me and introduced properties I hadn't noticed when viewing online. And thanks to them I have found my new home! Thank you Rob for all of your help and guidance, and taking the time to show me all of those houses!

It took us over a year to sell our house. It wasn't Conran's fault - the property was problematic, and the first buyer pulled out in the last moment, and then another one pulled out, too. Conran's team never gave up on us and kept working tirelessly on finding us a new buyer. I've dealt with a few of their colleagues - Michael, Hulya, another lady whose name I forgot. But above all, I would like to mention how absolutely brilliant Kellie was. I couldn't have asked for a better agent - apart from her application to duty, she is kind, empathetic, patient, and altogether a wonderful human being. She was always there for me, to answer any query or if I needed support with something else, and I genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she has done!
