Lived in a house for 12 months, hot water broke multiple times, mould on the walls, contractor after contractor came out to no fix. Conran then denied there was any issue. Had no heating for the last 5 months of tenancy and when we pushed to get this fixed, we were evicted. Shocking customer service and criminality here. Avoid at all costs Edited for reply: Yes I was a tenant of Conran's last year and yes this is the right company. Today I reviewed the agency that I've most recently used and I thought to myself "I wondered if I ever reviewed Conran's after the mouldy house", I realised I didn't review them last year so I did today
