I have been in conversation with Michael for almost 4 years about his advice around the sale of my flat given it has been impacted by cladding. GoogleConran Charlton were with me every step of the way for the sale and purchase of my properties. Asiah was our main agent and was excellent at managing our viewings on our sale, giving feedback and getting us the sale! Then the follow up with chasing buyers/sellers/us/solicitors, Asiah never dropped the ball and made sure it went through. Michael (Manager) was so great with giving us market advice and insight/vision. We also used their mortgage service (which I have written a separate review for) and they have been looking after my mortgages for 10 years now.

GoogleI bought a flat recently where Conran Greenwich was the selling agent. I primarily dealt with Nancie who was tremendous and so supportive and helpful with all my questions. What I also appreciated was their teamwork such that whenever Nancie was off (on a well earned break I must say!), she ensured that other team members knew the latest so I could call up and get an answer on any of my questions. GoogleAfter having positively dealt twice with Conran as a buyer, we decided to make use of their expertise also for the sale of our flat in Greenwich. Their service, organization, and professionalism was again truly remarkable. It was a concerted effort throughout, from the initial valuation, the marketing brochure and listing, the viewings, to the final sale process and completion. We always got the impression they were really working as a team, doing their best to support us, generate viewings, and ensure the transaction could be successfully completed. We were kept informed and involved whenever our contribution was needed so that the buyer could get all the answers he was looking for. GoogleWe are hunting for our new home, and could not praise Conran enough. They have been prompt, focused and friendly. We have in particular been liaising with Queen, who is easily one of the best estate agents we have ever come across. She is warm and genuinely cares. She also remembers details about your criteria and priorities, and ensures she tailors her approach to our needs. She also follows up in a personalised way, remembering to answer our questions. Would 100% recommend. We also appreciate the videos on the conran website of properties!
