GoogleI have used Conran to rent out my flat as a corporate let and Hayrie and Annie were efficient, committed and great at sorting out all the details. I've never let out a property before so needed all the help I could get! Most importantly, Conran found the perfect tenant within days and she's been absolutely perfect.

Doug, and the team at Greenwich only sent us properties that were exactly to our taste and requirements and understood everything what we were looking for from the beginning. GoogleIt was brilliant working with Asiah and her team. I can't thank them enough. The 1st win was, within a month of listing the house I had two offers at the higher end of the asking price. Also second win, first offer fell through pretty quickly but they somehow got me a an even higher second offer very quickly. Third win, even though I made a mistake of finding a not so good solícitor, and I am being extremely kind), Asiah always kept me up to date, so whenever the buyer was getting impatient because of lack of response from my solicitor. I was be able to chase them to respond. Not only that, she was excellent at managing expectations with the buyer. So my lesson from this, make sure you hire a good estate agent first and foremost with knowledge of your local area. Conran filled all these requirements. Second lesson for me is not to hire a solicitor before talking to them. They can easily ruin your sale. But all ended well anyway. Thanks Conran
