GoogleDidn't have a good start with a couple of employees at this agency as they seem to still need some training on customer service, but I must say the Brach Manager Josh deserves the 5 stars after taking over the role and showing me around. I'm sure service will be improved with him on command. It was a pleasure to meet him at the viewing. Very pleasant person, has all the Managing skills. Thank you Josh !

GoogleWe originally had our home up for sale with Yopa.....big mistake!!!!!! Then we turned to Colubrid. Andrew came round and we found him to friendly, knowledgeable and professional from the very moment we met him. The photos he took were top quality and extremely professional and made the Yopa pics look like comic photos!!!!!!! He advised that he wouldn't have any trouble selling our house and by Saturday we had a open house all set up and sorted and the house sold. We really recommended Andrew and his team at Colubrid. 10/10 from the start to the finish. Do not hesitate to use Colubrid when you're thinking of selling your home.

My house was sold within three weeks as was my sons and Colubrid managed to achieve much higher than the asking price for him. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. His communication was clear, constant and always very prompt. I cannot recommend this agency enough. I started the buying process last year with another agency, since dealing with Rob I now know what an agency role is. Rob and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was moved in quickly and smoothly. You can tell that they all work as a team (other members who were also helpful are Josh, Brad, and Maya) Rob was also honest regarding timelines and always managed my expectations incredibly well, always keeping on top of things. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful process so easy for me. Truly grateful.

GoogleFrom beginning to end Colubrid have been an absolute pleasure. I initially met with Mark and within a few days pictures were taken and my property was live across all platforms. Mark was completely transparent, open and honest and really stood out from other estate agents I also initially met for valuations. Mark really took the time to explain the entire process and was happy to work towards my short asap timeframe. The letting team were great at working around my schedule to arrange viewings and even conducted all viewings for me with efficiency and professionalism due to my work commitments. To my surprise offers came in the very next day, and by the following day I already had an asking offer agreed. Jake has assisted with making my experience with Colubrid as smooth as possible by always being contactable via phone or email. Keeping me updated at every step and really representing positive client services. I honestly can’t recommend Colubrid enough - if you want a stress free, efficient, professional and knowledgeable estate agent look no further. I’ll definitely refer Colubrid to family, friends and colleagues.

GoogleWhat can I say that everyone I have spoken to and from now my own personal experience is just “WOW” I wished all estate agents were like this. Customer service is above and beyond what you would expect, the staff and management are without a doubt focused on the customer journey and are polite, well mannered and highly professional at all times. Whether you’re buying/selling or renting you really need to speak to these guys and expect nothing but a premier first class experience that others claim to provide but lack.Colubrid Estate Agents are not just in my opinion but many others as well are a cut above the rest. If you want peace of mind and to remain stress free then don’t pass these guys up. You’ll thank me and recommend them to everyone in the property market. GoogleI placed an offer and the offer was accepted. I provided my AIP the next day. It is the responsibility of the agent to cancel further viewings and to take the next step to remove the property from the market. Instead, they allowed further viewings stating that an offer was already placed. Later someone placed a higher offer than me and I lost the property. When I asked the agent they said the time between the offer being accepted and the AIP received they accepted a few viewings and the seller insisted agent to continue with viewing even though the offer is accepted. The agent tried their best to cancel the viewing but the seller doesn't agree which is not fair. So if you are a buyer once the offer is accepted insist on them and cancel all viewings. Agent should do it without asking. Looks like money is more important than professionalism.

Firstly, please let me apologise to you for the experience that you had, we take your comments and review very seriously. Hopefully you can see from all of our other reviews that we are a genuine and reputable company and we take pride in our reputation. That’s why it’s so disappointing to read your review. I know that Joshua from our office has already contacted you and asked if you would consider removing this review as it is not our fault that you lost out on purchasing the property and we feel it Is unjust and unfair that this negative review could tarnish our reputation but you were not willing to do so. So we will reply in full below. I have read the file regarding the offer you made on one of our properties. I am aware that you had made an offer that was acceptable to our vendor and the offer was accepted providing that you produced all documentation that we require and that the property would remain on the market until we received this from you. This is company policy as we have a duty of care to our vendors not to remove a property from the market until a buyer has been qualified that they are in a financial position to proceed with the property purchase. If we just accepted buyers offers and removed properties from the market without any buyer or financial qualification then we would not be providing the best service to our sellers and certainly would not be fulfilling our duties as an Estate Agent. You were made aware that the property would remain on the market until the documentation had been provided. Unfortunately, in the time of waiting for you to provide the above documentation a higher offer was then made by another buyer for the property that the vendor chose to accept. We have a legal obligation to put offers forward to our vendor. We actually advised our vendor to proceed with you as the property buyer in spite of the other offer being at a higher amount because we genuinely believed that you were in a better position as a buyer. However, ultimately it is the vendors decision which buyer/offer they choose to proceed with and we have to take their instructions. We are the acting agent for the sale of the property, not the homeowner. I note your comment that “money is more important than professionalism” and take this quite personally because this is certainly not the case. I would like to make you aware that for the sale of this property we were operating on a fixed commission fee not a percentage of the sale price so we would not be financially benefitted in anyway by proceeding with the higher offer. The only person financially benefitted would be the vendor. I wanted to make this abundantly clear because I certainly would not want you thinking that we specifically tried to sell the property to another buyer for our own financial gain. This is absolutely not the case. We sincerely apologise that you were unable to purchase the property on this occasion and wish you the best of luck with your property search.
