GoogleFantastic service. I had to sell my late mums house, Andrew and Josh were so helpful and understanding. The house was sold within two week and completed within 13 weeks. This was a very stressful time for me but Andrew and Josh took all that away, thank you so much.

GoogleWe had not previously heard of Colubrid when we had our house valued earlier this year but were recommended them via the GetAgent site (along with two other more established agents covering the wider area). From the very first meeting with Mark and numerous follow ups with branch manage, Joshua, we could tell they were quite different to your typical estate agents. Reassuring, professional, candid, very personable and we are pleased to say they helped as achieve a sale price we were happy with. Joshua kept was able to keep us up to date with interest and provided sound advice and strategy. If you are looking to list in the CV area, you could not go far wrong by asking them for a valuation.

GoogleWe completed our purchase with Colubrid Chelmsford. They were always very helpful, and really invested in getting us to completion. Josh Morel was particularly helpful in dealing with a challenge that arose and managed to get the whole chain onboard. Without this, I’m not sure we would have been able to complete in time for Christmas, or people may have pulled out! They’re all very professional and have been great. Can’t thank them enough.
