Abby was our sales negotiator when we contacted Cluttons Wapping and we couldn't have asked for a better one! From day one, she understood exactly what we were looking for and proposed a flat to us a couple of days before it hit the market, which turned out to be exactly what we wanted! Abby and the team also went above and beyond their role by gathering extra information to reassure us about the purchase, such as meeting minutes from shareholder meetings. We're extremely happy with Abby and the team at Cluttons Wapping and we can't wait to show them the renovated flat!

We recently sold our apartment in Halcyon Wharf. Although it took a while as the apartment market is slow at the moment, Laura and Abby were both excellent. They kept us updated with everything that was going on, and once we had accepted an offer they helped us chase up the outstanding paperwork (solicitors, management company, etc) until we got it over the line. They’re also super friendly and easy to deal with. I’d thoroughly recommend them as your estate agent.

I had a great experience dealing with Peter who helped to find a tenant for my flat. He was responsive and efficient but the thing I valued most (and which differentiated him from other agents in the market) was the personal and tailored approach he took.

Agent George Barker is a legend. Literally pushed this whole process through. Gave it momentum. Stayed on top of the lawyers on both sides. And really managed to give us the buyers, a wonderful experience. All questions were answered. All issues were resolved. And George did not give up.

Absolutely awful experience with Cluttons

Our time renting through Cluttons was incredibly frustrating. Both the landlord and our agent were consistently unresponsive, we had to chase them for days just to get basic issues addressed while living in the property. But the real disaster came during the checkout process.
