We've worked with Julia and Sue and they have both been quick to respond to any queries and provide any information we've requested from the seller. From the initial stages of viewing properties to putting in an offer, every step has been a smooth process. As first time buyers they put us at ease and have been a big support. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe have recently bought a property through Clee Tompkinson Francis (Port Talbot branch) and Julia was outstanding from the outset. Whilst viewing the property, our questions were answered immediately, we were told the same day that our offer had been accepted and kept up to date with every part of the purchase. Excellent service and if we were looking to buy or sell in future, we would most certainly use Clee.

GoogleI recently sold a property with the Port Talbot team.I mostly dealt with Julia (branch manager)absolutely fantastic....Nothing too much trouble,polite,friendly,brilliant communication and the whole process was stress free.If I was to buy or sell in the future i would definitely use Clee again....100% recommended!!! GoogleI would not have my dream house now if it wasn't for Julia. I had been let down with viewings or call backs from other agencies when trying to buy and Julia got me a same day viewing which led on to me buying my home now! Fantastic company to deal with and will be recommending to everyone. If you are thinking about selling your home, use these, as they really look after you.

CTF dealt with the sale of our property during lockdown. Staff were brilliant and helpful, kept us up.to.date and were 100% professional during visits. Loved their approach to marketing and the floor plans znd they definitely showed our house off to its full potential. So much so, we had an offer from our first viewing! They handled sale of my property in Pontardawe - and to be frank there is no-one else I would use. Ryan was professional, friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the house. Carol...Carol kept a problematic sale on track during a very tough time (COVID). Always on the ball, always keeping us updated - chasing buyers and solicitors to make sure all on track. Made a very stressful move much easier. If you want to sell your house in this area, don't look elsewhere, you'd be wasting your time. Oh - just to add, Rebecca (now sadly left) was also excellent - had done a lot of homework prior to valuation, came prepared with lots of examples to justify her price - which was spot on. -Gareth (Bronywawr).

What should've been a quick, painless service was dragged along somewhat thanks to our Buyer's solicitors. Jeian at the Llandovery branch did everything possible to get answers and whilst the experience was stressful (beyond belief!) concluded a week before Christmas. Fees were reasonable and the photo quality of the sales brochure were absolutely superb.
