The Carmarthen Branch staff were brilliant - from us requesting the first viewing, to having our offer accepted within a couple of days, their communication and transparency was excellent. I can’t recommend Eryl and Will enough; they are a great team and always try their best for their customers.

GoogleWell it was my second time using Tracey and her team. Bought and now sold my bungalow with them. All the team were professional and helpful at the same time. From assisting viewers of the property to sending me photos of the utilities meters on completion day - nothing was too much trouble. The very fair fee was also one of the reasons I sold with CLEE so if you are selling in the Port Talbot area I would definitely suggest you pop into the shop on Station Road. Tell them Michael Whitefoot sent you to get a big smile !!??

GoogleHad a wonderful service from CTF Port Talbot. Great communicaton with regular updates via e-mail and telephone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tracey was easy to communicate with and also very helpful Would definitely recommend them for selling a property .

GoogleThe team at Clee Tompkinson Francis Estate Agents recently helped us to sell our uncle’s house in Baglan. They were very helpful and guided us through the whole process. We were very grateful for the way they drove the sale throughout - something we have not experienced with estate agents in the past! They were proactive, responsive and always helpful when we needed something. We would definitely recommend them.

She handled the purchase of our property back in 2023 and has now managed the sale in 2026, providing consistently excellent service throughout. Nicola is incredibly professional, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She always made herself available, picking up the phone even on weekends and while on annual leave, which really gave us confidence and peace of mind. Her commitment and responsiveness genuinely set her apart. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicola and Clee to anyone buying or selling a property.

With my busy lifestyle I did need prompting at times for information which I genuinely found very helpful to keep things ticking along with the sale of my property. Fantastic local estate agents, would highly recommend Abu and Sian have helped with every query every step of the way. Together the team sold my property for more than any other local agent estimated the sale price. The team even went the extra mile and retrieved personal documents of mine from the property that were left behind. Through the entire sales process the staff at Clee were always available and eager to help. I'll happily refer family and friends to them, and will use them as an agent myself in the future.

GoogleDisaster from the start. When we had our initial offer accepted, they told the vendor that we were not in a position to proceed when we were and we told them this. This lead to the property continuing to be shown and we ended up paying more than our initial offer because other offers had come in. It was only because we knew the vendors and they wanted to sell to us that we got the property. One of the other people who had their offer subsequently rejected was then told that the vendors were selling to a neighbour. There are only 4 neighbours to the property which lead to this person knocking on the neighbours’ doors to find out who had had their offer accepted leading to hers being rejected. Completely unacceptable breach of privacy. We were glad to receive the keys so we never have to deal with this company again.

GoogleWe are currently being helped by Tracey to lock in an offer for our dream home. (Port Talbot branch) Absolutely first class service as soon as we stood by the property, such a pleasant, kind, friendly, caring lady. Full of knowledge, covered everything we wanted to know and what she knew about the property. She took her time explaining in detail everything about the property, showing us the house. The whole experience was superb, Tracey has treated us more like family than clients. Gone above and beyond in our quest for our first home. Not forgetting the hilarious Shakir Islam who also was so polite, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. We can’t rate the company anymore because it’s not possible. Thank you so much xx

We had their Manager from Carmarthen Branch to give a market appraisal today. What a waste of time! Showed him round all the vast, very substantial improvements carried out since buying our house five year ago - to make it a truly eye catching smallish equestrian property for a growing family not seen anywhere in this area ready to move in ! His valuation was ridiculous and laughable! Out of courtesy, didn’t show him the door, instead told him politely the subject is closed. Did he stop? No! Carried on with his verbal diarrhoea! He is a “know all” man, by far the worst we had ever come across, having moved house 12 times across the South East and Wales !
