GoogleDreadful and incompetent. Worst agents we had the misfortune to deal with. No one there seems to have the ability to understand and answer a simple email. We were given false information regarding the drainage and warranty of the property we were buying. Wasted months of our time and energy. Stay away!

GoogleTo anyone thinking of buying a house with Clee please don’t. The house might look ok on the outside but Clee are selling houses which have a lot of hidden serious issues like major gas leaks and electrical problems. When confronted you are responded too with attitude and laughed at. Even if a property on their market looks a good price I can guarantee the hidden problems will end up costing you a fortune. Clee Neath are very unprofessional and very inexperienced especially Abi in the Clee Neath office. It is like a school playground in that office and they are selling houses which have been put together by cowboys. First time buyers especially avoid!!!

GoogleThe most unprofessional team of “estate agents” you can come across! False information is shared to buyers in order to achieve a sale, which then ultimately results in wasted time and money for all involved. The untrained staff they have there cannot even complete simple tasks such as passing information to vendors, or even responding to phone calls and emails. You will hear every excuse under the sun so they can try and redeem themselves, but ultimately there is no excuse to cover the unprofessionalism and laziness these “estate agents” possess!

Me and my girlfriend viewed a property in whitland, Carmarthenshire and was not inform at the viewing that there was a holding fee of £100. The estate agent contacted my girlfriend whilst we were dealing with family issues, stating that she had to pay £100, as I was in work she was unsure of what to do and paid the £100. Due to family circamstances we were unable to to move to this property, we have received abysmal customer service throughout the process and money has not been refunded. I would also like to note that we have only dealt with one person, during the viewing of the property and the entire process has been through an online website that seems to be faulty.
Apologies for the delay, we have only just starting using this review service. Really sorry to hear about this experience. We will of course be investigating this internally to see if there are any issues to address. In meantime really grateful you took time to review and we hope everything worked out for you in the end.

GoogleI would like to thank all the team at Clee's for the recent sale of my father's house . Its impossiple to single anyone out (Nicola , Tracey ,Sue , Allesha) as they have all been excellent supporting a very effecient sale in just over two months . They were complimented by Ann in Howe and Spender who has been super efficient in completing the legal side with precise competence and calm .

GoogleI've recently let out a property using Ross & Hayleigh @ the Neath office, I can say they have both been extremely professional and helpful. There were a few bit's of important information that were not passed on, but once these area's were noticed, they were swiftly rectified. I'd recommend the team and am looking forward to upgrading this to the 5* review in the near future.

Regardless if you are a viewer, buyer or a seller they will be very supportive and give you the best service. GoogleI cannot recommend Clee in Port Talbot enough. Julia and her team have done an excellent job in arranging the sale of my late fathers house. From the outset they were very knowledgable and clearly know the local market well. They were very efficient in getting the house listed and provided timely updates where necessary. I was selling the property from a distance and they ensured this went as smoothly as possible. They're selling fees were also competitive when compared with other local agents.
