Infact they went beyond their duty to help me selling the property. Always friendly and helpful. Quick response time on my e-mails and calls. FacebookI cannot thank Chris and the team enough for all they did in our recent house sale. Even/especially in these testing, trying and uncertain times Chris couldn't have been more helpful, supportive and on hand to help us going above and beyond at all times to ensure the sale went through as smoothly as possible. The chain almost broke down several times in the days leading up to exchange due to uncertainty, fear and poor communication in the other parties, Chris was able to negotiate and communicate effectively to iron all this out and get things back on track. Our sale went through only a week behind the original plan even with everyone working from home and in these unprecedented times. From start to finish and with the current crisis put to one side Clees were a dream to work with, from the video showcasing the property and securing a full asking price offer on first viewing to constantly keeping us updated and in the loop. I would never dream of using anyone but Clees in the future. Thank you so much all involved and a massive thank you to Chris! High recommended from photos, to video, to seamless stress free viewings, to open communication and availability to their working relationships with other agents and solicitors, made an extremely heightened and stressful situation so much easier!

FacebookI would like to compliment the excellent customer service that Gareth, at the Swansea Office, has provided both my son and I, in recent months. My son is student at Swansea University and Gareth was able to offer us a viewing in the local area with easy access to university on foot. Gareth was also able to negotiate a suitable payment plan in conjunction with my son’s student finance payments. Other agents were not so flexible. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, my son had to leave his tenancy early and despite my son being referred on to the landlord (as Clee were only involved in the letting of the property) Gareth was still able to offer help and advice to conclude the tenancy. Gareth is a credit to the company and we would thoroughly recommend Clee/Gareth to others.

GoogleAwful! The rental team has recently changed and they don't have a clue what customer service means. It would take weeks for them to reply and they were quite rude when they finally did. I do not recommend this company at all. I am glad I am no longer with them
