GoogleBuying a new home should be an exciting time but unfortunately this wasn’t my experience with Clee’s. As an inexperienced first time buyer I was hopeful of support, clear and consistent communication and most importantly honesty. Sadly my home buying journey couldn’t have been more different. Bitterly disappointing and extremely stressful, the consequences of which I am still dealing with nearly 3 months on from getting the keys.

GoogleI recently put my Mams property on the market with Clee. I dealt with Nicola. The property had been on the market less than 48 hours when she rang me to say it was sold......subject to contract. I couldn't believe it had sold so quickly. Nicola was amazing, so competent and knowledgeable in her work. She knew what type of buyer would be interested in the property. Nicola went above and beyond to get the sale, she was fantastic. I also dealt with Tracey when Nicola was unavailable. Again Tracey was very competent in her work explaining things to me. Alisha and Sue were very pleasant if I rang the office and they answered. All staff were polite at all times. I would not hesitate to use Clee in the future if I were to sell my own property. They have been wonderful and it's been an absolute pleasure to deal with them,especially Nicola, you were simply the best. Thank you so much from my Family and I.

GoogleWow! These guys are AMAZING! They sold our house before they'd even got as far as marketing it - and for more than we were expecting, too! All through the (mercifully brief!) process, they kept in touch, and were always available to answer any questions we had. Just sensational. If you want an estate agent who both knows their job, AND cares about actually providing a service - and an excellent one, at that - then look no further. GoogleWe had a delightful experience with Abi and Sian at the Neath office and would recommened them to any one. We have moved from Birmingham to Neath which adds its own complications to a house move however Abi in particular made the process stress free and was always happy to answer any queries that we had! We had our second viewing with Sian as Abi wasn't available, we both loved Sians energy, she is very lovely and has a lot of knowledge of the local area which is refreshing! Overall very happy with the service and don't feel it could have been any better.

GoogleDealt with various branches of Clee across South Wales for viewings, all very friendly and helpful, but really appreciated Mick from the Llandovery branch. Very friendly, willing to help and answer questions, and also very patient. A great example of what you'd expect from an estate agent. :)

GoogleI had a positive experience selling my property through Clee Thomkinson Francis. Professional service throughout. Jacquie their sales negotiator was particularly helpful in communicating between the solicitors and the buyers, which kept the wheels turning and the process moving. Chris who came out to the property for the intitial valuation to demonstrate their service offering, was professional and friendly. I had multiple valuations from other local estate agents and CTF came out on top in all the criteria I was looking for in an agent. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks for the great service.
