GoogleWe recently sold our home and purchased a new one both with Clees. They sold our home in no time at all and assisted with the purchase of our new home. Throughout the process they were professional, knowledgeable and helpful, especially when our initial buyer pulled out a week before we were due to move. Although we were devastated Chris and the team sprang in to action, put our home back on the market and sold it again in 3 days. I cannot thank them enough for the patience and professionalism they showed in what was an extremely stressful time for us. I would highly recommend Clees to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property. Their knowledge, professionalism and attitude throughout the process was first class. GoogleMy recommendation and feedback for Clee’s Port Talbot could not be high enough. I had a difficult sale due to probate problems and buyers trying to renegotiate. Through out the process the team was excellent. Very fast with photos, launching the property. Lots of viewings and kept me informed throughout. Very professional service and so tenacious with chasing buys. I had excellent service and excellent value for money.

GoogleDear Clee, I am sending this mail in relation to the property you have listed 10 cwmphil road SA9 1DE. I live at 6 school road, sa91eq. recently the James won an easement of access in court. I want to inform you of key facts for full disclosure for any potential buyers, as I don't feel you will be giving full disclosure. Like you didn't when I bought my home from you. The access has been in dispute for over 20 years and will continue to be disputed. Also I am erecting gates at the bottom boundary of my property, also the gate at the entry of my property will need to be closed when not is use, and will be a locked gate. The residents of 10 cwmphil road will be given a key. I also have no legal obligation to upkeep that land. Also to prevent 10 cwmphil road from dry turning on my land, I will be erecting a security post that only 4 and 5 school road will have a key for there access. You are required by law to make any potential buyers awear of these facts. I am in my legal right to carry out this work and it will be carried out shortly. If you fail to make any potential buyers awear of these facts, I will be going to your regulatory bodies. And prompting any new buyer to take action against you. I will also be sending this email to Clee director and posting it online. Mark boundford

Googlemy daughter used clee to sell her last house, she just rang the morriston office to ask them to sell her current house due to a break up but was told they don't sell houses for people getting a divorce, wow what a way to carry on in a business

GoogleClee’s have been great with helping me buy my first property. They have been nothing but helpful and also very quick and efficient. I dealt with Jeian from the Llandovery branch and she has been ready to answer any questions I’ve had. She’s also been in contact regularly and kept me up to date throughout the process. She’s explained what I’ve needed to do and when the next steps were happening. She’s put me at ease and made buying my first house easy and a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend and the little welcome gift from Clee’s for moving into my house was a wonderful little touch as well.

GoogleI am selling a few properties due to the dissolution of a BTL portfoilo. In recent months I have dealt with lots of Estate Agents all over South Wales. I currently have a house listed with Clee's Port Talbot which very quickly received an offer and currently sits Sold STC. The same branch of Clee's are also selling the property for my buyer of a different property which I have listed with another agent. I am beyond impressed with their service, not only do they respond to all enquiries quickly helping to move the transactions along, they also do it with a smile and kind tone. I am a pain, I call regularly as I am held to strict timescales for completion, yet every call is taken and each email sent is responded to. Hats off to you Clee's, I am a very tough cookie to impress, with the patience of a gnat, but you have continuously impressed me over recent months. I can genuinely feel your positive energy travelling down the phone lines, even when I am close to tearing my hair out! If I had more to sell in Port Talbot I would list with you in a heartbeat, however as I do not I am taking your name with me to Swansea, and will look to list the Swansea property with your branch over there. Thank you Clee's Port Talbot. We are not over the line yet, but i am of little doubt, if we can complete this side of Xmas, you will be the reason why!
