GoogleI HAVE USED CLEES TO SELL MY SONS PROPERTY IN GORSEINON, THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY SMOOTH. STAFF KEPT US INFORMED ALL THE TIME AND OFFERED FANTASTIC FEEDBACK FROM THOSE WHO VIEWED . MY SONS PROPERTY SOLD VERY QUICKLY BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT FELL THROUGH DUE TO THE BUYER , CLEES PLACED IT BACK ON THE MARKET AND WAS SOLD AGAIN WITHIN 10 DAYS . I WOULD ALWAYS USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AS THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH SUCH PROFFESIONAL STAFF.

GoogleThey managed one of our properties for 3 years, they had a habit of never being transparent to us and every-time the tenant just raised a question they suggested we do and pay for an unnecessary repair, never felt they were fair! and strong enough to face the tenant's demandy attitude. When it came to annual gas check, we had to remind them. For routine inspections?! We had to remind them. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED
